Özet
Bu tez çalışması, uzaktan çalışma uygulamaları ile çalışanların iş stresi algıları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesini amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı doğrultusunda ana problem, esnek çalışmanın bir türü olan uzaktan çalışma modeli ile çalışanların iş stresi algıları arasında anlamlı bir ilişkinin olup olmadığının belirlenmesidir. Bu çalışma, İstanbul ilinde beyaz yakalı olarak çalışanlar kapsamında gerçekleştirilmiş olup nicel yöntemlerden saha araştırması deseni kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Çalışmada elde edilen bulgulara göre, uzaktan çalışma sisteminin getirdiği performans ve verimlilik, örgütsel güven, iş yaşam çatışmas ı ve esneklik boyutları ile iş stresi algısı arasında bir ilişki mevcuttur. Öte yandan, uzaktan çalışan bireylerin bazı demografik özellikleri ile iş stresi düzeyleri arasında anlamlı ilişkiler olduğu bulgulanmıştır.

The aim of this thesis is to determine the relationship between remote working practices and employees' perceptions of job stress. In line with the aim of the study, the main problem is to determine whether there is a significant relationship between the remote working model, which is a type of flexible working, and the employees' perceptions of job stress. This study was carried out within the scope of white-collar workers in the province of Istanbul and was carried out using a field research design, which is one of the quantitative methods. According to the findings obtained in the study, there is a relationship between the performance and productivity, organizational trust, work-life conflict and flexibility dimensions brought by the remote working system and the perception of work stress. On the other hand, it has been found that there are significant relationships between some demographic characteristics of individuals working remotely and their job stress levels.
