Özet
İşletmelerde, yatırım, üretim, finansman, satış, reklam ve benzeri özellikteki işletme kararlarında ana hedef, işletmenin belirlediği amaçlara ulaşabilmektir. İşletme için uygun kararların alınabilmesi için, güvenilir verilerin yanında amaçlar ile araçların uyumunu sağlayabilecek modern yöntemlerin de kullanılması gereklidir. Günümüzde büyük ve küçük ölçekli işletmelerde, karşılaşılan problemler oldukça çok ve karmaşıktır. Bu nedenle son dönemlerde işletme problemlerinin çözümlenmesinde yöneylem araştırması tekniklerinden büyük ölçüde yararlanılmaya başlanmıştır. Uzun yıllar kullanılan yöneylem araştırması teknikleri tek bir amacın minimizasyonu veya maksimizasyonu temeline dayanmaktadır. Bu klasik yöneylem araştırması teknikleri işletme problemlerinin çözümünde yetersiz kalmaktadır. Klasik çözüm yöntemleri, işletme problemlerinin karmaşık ve çok yönlü olması nedeniyle yerlerini çok amaçlı kantitatif karar verme tekniklerine bırakmışlardır. Çok amaçlı kantitatif karar verme teknikleri birbirleriyle gelişebilen birçok amacı göz önüne alarak ideal çözüme en yakın mümkün çözümü bulmaya çalışır. Bu çalışmada, çok amaçlı kantitatif karar verme tekniklerinden birisi olan ve işletme problemlerinde yaygın olarak kullanılan hedef programlama yöntemi kullanılarak ORSAN A.Ş. için işletmenin birden çok amacını en düşük sapmayla gerçekleştirmeyi amaçlayan optimum bir ürün karması oluşturulmuştur. Firma, oluşturulan üç temel ve sekiz alternatif üretim planı arasından izlediği politikalar doğrultusunda kendisine en uygun olanı seçebilecektir. Modellerin çözümü LİNDO paket programı ile yapılmıştır ve çözümler ekler bölümünde verilmiştir.

The main aim in investment, production, finance, sail, advertisement like these kind of company decisions is to reach the company defined aims. To be able to get appropriote decisions for companies, it's needed to get modern techniques to satisfy the cooparation of aims and tools in addition to dependable data. Today, the problems that small and big scaled companies face to are so much and complex. For this reason, it has been started to use operation research techiniques to solve the problems of companies recently. The operation research techniques that are used for many years depend on the base of minimizing or maximizing the objectives function. This classic operation research techiniques are now insufficient to solve the problems of companies. The classic solution methods gives its place to multiobjective quantitive decision making techniques since company problems are complex and multidirection. Multiobjective decision making techniques tries to find the most ideal solution by considering so many objectives which can be in contraticted with each orher. In this study, with the help of collected data and assumptions three main goal programming modelling and alternative programmes are constructed to be able to find the best production planning for ORSAN AŞ. The result of the solution, an optimum mixed production for the company which can realize it with a minimum deviation for the aims, where they one, is determined for ORSAN A.Ş. Among three basic and eight alternative production schedule, a firm can select the most appropriate one for itself, according to the policies implemented by the firm. The solution of models are done by package programme LİNDO and the solutions are gives in the appendix part.
