Özet
Günümüzde işletmeler rekabet avantajı elde edebilmek ve sürdürülebilirliğini sağlayabilmek amacıyla depo yönetimini başarılı bir şekilde gerçekleştirmelidir. Depo yönetiminin başarılı bir şekilde sağlanması için de işletmelerin mevcut durumlarını analiz etmeleri, başarılı ve başarısız oldukları noktaları belirlemeleri gerekir.Bu noktada müşterilerin taleplerini doğru analiz etmek, depolanacak ürünlerin ihtiyaç alanlarını bilmek ve süreçleri verimli şekilde yönetmek depo yönetiminin hedefleri arasındadır. Ancak yapılan bu çalışmalarla birlikte işletmeler rekabet ortamında sürdürülebilirliğini sağlayabilecek ve hedeflerine ulaşabileceklerdir. Bu noktada işletmelerin performans ölçümlerini yapmaları bulundukları durumları değerlendirip, uygulama sonucuna göre gerekli aksiyonlar almalarına yardımcı olacaktır. İşletmeler performans ölçümü yapmak için birçok yöntem kullanmaktadır. Depoların performans ölçümünün yapılması ve sonuçların dikkate alınması işletmelerin daha iyi bir performansa ulaşmasını sağlayacaktır. Bu hedeflere ulaşmak amacıyla yapılan çalışmalar depodan maksimum verim alınmasını sağlayacaktır.Bu noktada işletmeler performanslarını ölçmekve var olan performans ölçüm yöntemlerini geliştirmek amacıyla çeşitli yöntemler kullanmaktadırlar.Buyöntemlerin sonucunda işletmeler performanslarını değerlendirerek eksik yönlerini belirler ve bu doğrultuda gerekli aksiyonları alırlar. Bu değerlendirmeler işletmelerin daha verimli çalışmalarına ve rekabet ortamında sürdürülebilir olmalarına katkı sağlayacaktır. Bu çalışmada üç deponun performans ölçümü yapılmıştır. Depoların performansları geçmiş yıllara ait performanslarıyla kıyaslanmıştır. Çalışmada sürdürülebilir dengelenmiş kurum karnesi kullanılmış olup bu yöntemde belirlenen boyutlartoplum, çevre ve ekonomi boyutlarını birlikte ele almaktadır. Söz konusu boyutları birlikte ele alan bakış açısıyla yapılan depo performans ölçümünden daha doğru sonuçlar alınacaktır. Sonraki adımda ise Bulanık AHP yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bulanık AHP yöntemiyle sürdürülebilir dengelenmiş kurum karnesi boyutlarının önem ağırlıkları belirlenmiştir. EDAS yöntemiyle uygulama yapılarak depolarperformanslarına göre sıralanmıştır. Uygulama sonucunda değerlendirmeler yapılarak depoların geliştirilmesi gereken yönleri hakkında öneriler sunulmuştur.

Nowadays, businesses must successfully manage warehouses in order to gain competitive advantage and ensure sustainability. In order to ensure successful warehouse management, businesses need to analyze their current situation and identify their successful and unsuccessful points. At this point, it is among the objectives of warehouse management to analyze the demands of the customers correctly to know the needs of the products to be stored and to manage the processes efficiently. However, with these studies, businesses will be able to ensure their sustainability in a competitive environment and reach their goals. At this point, the performance measurements of the enterprises will help them evaluate the situations they are in and take the necessary actions according to the results of the application. Businesses use many methods to measure their performance. Measuring the performance of the warehouses and considering the results will enable businesses to achieve a better performance. The studies carried out to achieve these goals will ensure maximum efficiency from the warehouse. At this point, businesses use various methods to measure their performance and improve existing performance measurement methods. As a result of these methods, businesses evaluate their performance, identify their deficiencies and take the necessary actions in this direction. These evaluations will contribute to the more efficient work of enterprises and their sustainability in a competitive environment. In this study, performance measurement of three warehouses was made. The performances of the warehouses were compared with the performances of the previous years. Sustainable balanced scorecard was used in the study and the dimensions determined in this method deal with the society, environment and economy dimensions together. More accurate results will be obtained from the warehouse performance measurement, which is made with the perspective of considering these dimensions together. In the next step, the Fuzzy AHP method was used. The importance weights of the sustainable balanced scorecard dimensions were determined by the fuzzy AHP method. By applying the EDAS method, the warehouses are ranked according to their performance. As a result of the study, evaluations were made and suggestions were made about the aspects of the warehouses that should be developed.
