Özet
Bir afet olarak COVID-19 pandemisiyle birlikte eğitim alanında yaşanan zorunlu değişimler eğitim sektörünü çevrimiçi eğitime yönlendirmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Antalya İli Gazipaşa İlçesi'nde bulunan bir ortaokul öğrencilerinin çevrimiçi eğitim öncesi ve sonrası yangınlarla ilgili bilgi puanlarının tespit edilmesi ve gerçekleştirilen çevrimiçi eğitiminin etkinliğinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu belirlenen ve izinleri alınan ortaokulda öğrenim gören 224 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada kontrol grupsuz ön test ve son test desenli deneysel araştırma modeli kullanılmıştır. Başlangıçta ön test uygulaması yapılıp ön test uygulandıktan sonra Zoom uygulaması üzerinden her bir sınıfa 40 dakika çevrimiçi yangın eğitimi verilmiştir. Bütün sınıf düzeylerine eğitim verildikten sonra son test uygulaması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler Google Forms üzerinden hazırlanan anketlerle toplanmıştır. Bağımlı örneklem t-testi analizi sonucunda ön test başarı puan ortalaması (12,35 ±4,51) ile son test başarı puan ortalaması (22,79 ±12,39) arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmaktadır (t=11,37; p<0.05). Sınıf düzeyine göre ise beşinci ve altıncı sınıf öğrencilerinin puan ortalaması farkı yedinci ve sekizinci sınıf öğrencilerin puan ortalamaları farkına göre daha yüksek tespit edilmiştir. Çevrimiçi (online) yangın eğitiminin desteklenmesi durumunda ülkemizin farklı coğrafyalarında öğrenim gören öğrencilerin yangın bilincinin gelişerek ülke genelinde erken yaşlarda yangın bilincinin sağlanabileceği düşünülmektedir.

With the COVID-19 pandemic as a disaster, the mandatory changes in education have led the education sector to online education. The aim of this study is to determine the knowledge scores of a secondary school students in Antalya Province Gazipaşa District about fires before and after online education and to examine the effectiveness of the online education. The study group of the research consists of 224 students studying at a secondary school. Experimental research model with pre-test and post-test design without control group was used in the study. At the beginning, after the pre-test application was made and the pre-test was applied, 40 minutes of online fire training was given to each class via the Zoom application. After the training was given to all grade levels, the post-test application was carried out. The data were collected through questionnaires prepared on Google Forms. As a result of dependent sample t-test analysis; there is a statistically significant difference between the pre-test success mean score (x ̅=12,35) and the post-test success mean score (x ̅=22,79) (t=11,37; p<0.05). According to the grade level, the mean score of the fifth and sixth grade students was higher than the mean score of the seventh and eighth grade students. If online fire education is supported, it is thought that the fire awareness of students studying in different geographies of our country can be improved and fire awareness can be achieved at an early age throughout the country.
