Özet

Bu araştırmanın amacı; üniversite öğrencilerinin Prekonsepsiyonel bilgi ve tutumlarının değerlendirilmesidir. Araştırma Biruni Üniversitesi'nde Ocak 2020-Nisan 2020 tarihleri arasında yürütülmüş tanımlayıcı türde bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın evrenini, Biruni Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesi 3. ve 4. sınıfta okuyan kadın öğrenciler oluşturmuştur. Çalışmada 195 öğrenciye ulaşılabilmiştir. Çalışma verileri Tanıtıcı Bilgi formu ve Prekonsepsiyonel Bilgi ve Tutum Ölçeği kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Veriler Google Forms üzerinden online olarak toplanmıştır. Veriler SPSS 22.0 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Analizler parametrik olmayan testler (ikili gruplarda Mann-Whitney U, ikiden fazla gruplarda Krusskal-Wallis testi) ile yapılmıştır. Öğrencilerin Prekonsepsiyonel Bilgi ve Tutum Ölçeği ve alt boyutlarından aldıkları ortalama ve standart sapma puanı 173.47±6.21; alt boyut 1'den alınan ortalama ve standart sapma puanı 40.34±1.22; alt boyut 2'den 28.91±1.71; alt boyut 3'ten, 20.47±1.44; alt boyut 4'ten, 32.04±1.94; alt boyut 5'ten, 20.1±1.73; alt boyut 6'dan, 19.5±1.91; alt boyut 7'den ise 12.04±0.74 olarak saptandı. Araştırmada; öğrencilerin %46,5'inin aile planlamasını gebelikten korunma olarak tanımladıkları, düzenli ilaç kullanan öğrencilerin Prekonsepsiyonel puan ortalamalarının (174.06±5.95) ilaç kullanmayanların ortalama puanlarından (170.17±6.71) daha yüksek olduğu belirlendi. Kronik hastalığı olmayan öğrencilerin puan ortalamaları (12.08±0.71) kronik hastalığı olan öğrencilerin puan ortalamalarından (11.75±0.84) daha yüksek bulundu. Düzenli ilaç kullanmayan gruptaki öğrencilerin ölçek, alt boyut-4 ve alt Boyut-7 puan ortalamaları (174.06±5.95, 32.23±1.81, 12.12±0.51) düzenli ilaç kullanan öğrencilerin puan ortalamalarından (170.17±6.71, 31±2.32, 11.62±1,4) daha yüksek bulundu. Öğrencilerin Prekonsepsiyonel Bilgi ve Tutum Ölçeği puanlarının yüksek olduğu ve prekonsepsiyonel bilgi ve tutumlarının da olumlu yönde olduğu belirlendi.

The purpose of this research; evaluation of preconceptional knowledge and attitudes of university students. The research is a descriptive study conducted at Biruni University between January 2020 and April 2020. The universe of the research consisted of female students studying in the 3rd and 4th grades of the Faculty of Health Sciences of Biruni University. In the study, 195 students could be reached. Study data were obtained using the Introductory Information Form and the Preconceptional Knowledge and Attitude Scale. Data were collected online via Google Forms. The data were analyzed with the SPSS 22.0 program. Analyzes were made with non-parametric tests (Mann-Whitney U in paired groups, Krusskal-Wallis test in groups of more than two). The mean and standard deviation scores of the students from the Preconceptional Knowledge and Attitude Scale and its sub-dimensions were 173.47±6.21; mean and standard deviation score from sub-dimension 1 was 40.34±1.22; 28.91±1.71 from sub-dimension 2; from sub-dimension 3, 20.47±1.44; from sub-dimension 4, 32.04±1.94; from sub-dimension 5, 20.1±1.73; from sub-dimension 6, 19.5±1.91; it was determined as 12.04±0.74 in sub-dimension 7. In the research; It was determined that 46.5% of the students defined family planning as contraception, and the preconceptional mean scores of the students who regularly use drugs (174.06±5.95) were higher than the mean scores of those who did not use drugs (170.17±6.71). The mean score of the students without chronic disease (12.08±0.71) was found to be higher than the mean score of the students with chronic disease (11.75±0.84). Scale, sub-dimension-4 and sub-dimension-7 mean scores of the students in the group who do not regularly use drugs (174.06±5.95, 32.23±1.81, 12.12±0.51) 170.17±6.71, 31±2.32, 11.62±1.4) were found to be higher. It was determined that the Preconceptional Knowledge and Attitude Scale scores of the students were high and their preconceptional knowledge and attitudes were also positive.
