Özet

Son yıllarda spor alanında başarı sağlamış olan ülkelerin sistemine baktığımızda spor tesisi ve alan bakımından gerek nicelik açısından gerekse de nitelik açısından yeterli oldukları görülmektedir. Dolayısı ile spor tesislerinin yeterli olması ülkelerin gelişmişliğini göstermekle birlikte sportif anlamda da başarıyı arttırmaktadır. Bu araştırma, Gençlik ve spor il müdürlüğünde görev yapan personelin spor tesislerinin yeterliliğine ilişkin görüşlerinin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılan betimsel bir çalışmadır. Araştırma evrenini Gaziantep Gençlik ve Spor İl Müdürlüğü'ne bağlı birimlerde görev yapmakta olan personeller, örneklem grubunu ise gönüllülük esasına dayalı olarak seçilen 238 (54 Kadın, 184 Erkek) personel oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak, Nacar (2011) tarafından geliştirilen“Spor Tesislerinin Yeterlilik Düzeylerinin Belirlenmesi Ölçeği”kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde SPSS 20.0 paket programından yararlanılarak, Independent Sample t testi, OneWay Anova testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, şube müdürlerinin tesislerin yeterli olduğunu düşündükleri, diğer personelin aynı düşüncede olmadıkları söylenebilir.

When we look at the systems of the countries that have achieved success in the field of sports in recent years, it is seen that they are sufficient in terms of sports facilities and areas, both in terms of quantity and quality. Therefore, sufficient sports facilities not only show the development of the countries, but also increase the success in sports. This research is a descriptive study conducted to examine the opinions of the personnel working in the Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate on the adequacy of sports facilities. The population of the research consists of the personnel working in the units affiliated to Gaziantep Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, and the sample group consists of 238 (54 Female, 184 Male) personnel selected on a voluntary basis. As a data collection tool in the research, the“Scale for Determining the Sufficiency Levels of Sports Facilities”developed by Nacar (2011). Independent Sample t test and OneWay Anova test were used in the analysis of the data by using the SPSS 20.0 package program. As a result of the research, it can be said that the branch managers think that the facilities are sufficient, while the other personnel do not have the same opinion.
