55 INTRODUCTION Tourism has become one of the most important and passioned needing by rich and wellfare people, in spare and extraordinary time periods. Tourism which is very important international revolution; creates joy and rest to millions of people from lots of countries in all around the world. Tourism also presents the world, extends every cultures. In other way, thousands of people earns their lives from travelling if they are not tourist. All this activities which has created by this mentioned travelling and replacements are lot of people's occupations as well. Tourism distributes richer countries incomes to developing countries which are with week economies. With all this mentioned things, also tourism which is becoming a invisible export which supports to country economy. Tourism industry and business which involved with tourism extend to very huge area. One of the most important business is involving with the“travelling”trade. Travelling trade is giving every answers and solutions to travellers and the problems involving with them during their travel. Travel agencies and tour operators are making travelling trades. Tour operators are in productor position of travelling trade sector and tour operators are working with commision and making packet tour programs with creating new projects, programs and searching new sources. Then they present these tour packing programs to the sales industry with travel agencies channel. But travel agencies making sales business to packing tours which has created by tour operators and they also involved with all rezervations, ticketing and every kind of travelling services and facilities. Accomodation sector gets accomodation, entertainment and rest to all tourists and travellers in tourism industry. According to this; hotels, motels, pansions, holiday villages, campings, apart hotels are inside of the accomodation sector concept. "7, '. v With giving all this service to tourist and customers, getting all security covers for to them is very important for all tourism and accomodation firms. There are lots56 of serious risks which are the reasons of serious hazards in tourism and accomodation sector like the others. Tourism is developing all the time in our country and also tourism is giving reel supports to Turkish economy with foreing exchange incomes. Unfortunatelly, risks are involved with tourism and accomodation hasn't been comprehened in our country. With this study, we searched risk and liabilities in tourism sector and identified insurances which based mentioned risks and liabilities. Also at this insurances, we proved deficiencies and main problems, according to that problems, we have been tried to give main suggestion and advices against all this deficiances and problems. This study consists three chapters. In our first chapter, the main risks has been searched in tourism and accomodation sector. Mainly, we identified risks and their kinds after then, we searched risks with every single details in Turkish Tourism Sector. In second chapter, the main liabilities has been searched and in this chapter, we identified liabilities generally and we gave main responsibilities in tourism and accomodation sector. With this chapter, we gave main information in tourism sector before we passed insurances which involved mentioned liabilities. In our last chapter, we searched insurances against all kind of risks in tourism and accommodation sector. Also in this chapter we compered insurances and risks which identified at first chapter. With this study, our intend is to identify main risks in tourism and accomodation sector in our country and to give every single information against the risks in this sector. This study has been searched with researching sources in librarie: person and establishment which involved with the subject.
