Özet
Pozitif psikolojik sermaye, pozitif psikoloji ve pozitif örgütsel davranış yaklaşımını temel alan örgütsel davranış alanında incelenen kavramlardan biridir. Pozitif psikolojik sermaye; iyimserlik, umut, öz yeterlilik ve dayanıklılık olmak üzere dört ana boyuttan oluşmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, pozitif psikolojik sermaye ve alt boyutlarının çalışan performansı üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir. Araştırma verileri, Konya Organize Sanayi Bölgesi'nde özel sektör örgütlerinde çalışan 260 katılımcıdan anket tekniği kullanılarak basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmada toplanan veriler SPSS 25 ve AMOS 25 programları ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucu, pozitif psikolojik sermayenin çalışanların performansı üzerinde pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıca pozitif psikolojik sermayenin alt boyutlarının her birinin ayrı ayrı, çalışanların performansı üzerinde de pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Positive psychological capital is one of the concepts studied in the field of organizational behavior based on positive psychology and positive organizational behavior approach. Positive psychological capital consists of four main dimensions: optimism, hope, self-efficacy and resilience. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of positive psychological capital and its sub-dimensions on employee performance. Research data were collected from 260 participants working in private sector organizations in Konya Organized Industrial Zone by using simple random sampling method using survey technique. The data collected in the research were analyzed with SPSS 25 and AMOS 25 programs. The result of the research shows that positive psychological capital has a positive and significant impact on employee perofrmance. In addition, it was concluded that each of the sub-dimensions of positive psychological capital had seperately a significant positive impact on employee performance.
