Özet
本文旨在分析土耳其和中国针对叙利亚冲突的外交政策。本文运用案例分析的方法研究 两国的外交政策。通过分析两国的叙利亚政策，本文试图回答两国采取的外交政策如何 影响它们与叙利亚的关系以及土中之间的关系。论文由三部分组成。第一部分介绍了土 耳其和中国与叙利亚的历史关系。第二部分考察了土耳其“与邻国零问题”的外交政策 以及这一政策对叙利亚冲突的影响。此外，本部分还介绍了中国在叙利亚危机中的不干 涉原则。第三部分重点分析了两国针对叙利亚冲突的政策，同时也侧重于分析两国之间 的关系。最后，第三部分还重点讨论了在叙利亚问题框架内同时涉及土耳其和中国的问 题，提供了关于叙利亚冲突如何影响双边关系的核心研究结果。论文得出如下结论：关 于冲突的两国的共同关涉会影响它们在政治，经济和安全方面的关系。
Özet (Çeviri)
The thesis aims to analyze the foreign policies of Turkey and China with regard to the Syrian conflict. A methodology of case study is used to look at foreign policies of the two countries. By analyzing the Syrian policy of the two countries, the thesis attempts to answer the question of how the foreign policies adopted by the two countries influence their relations with Syria and subsequently, with each other. The thesis consists of three sections. The first section provides a picture of historical relations of Turkey and China with Syria. The second section examines Turkey's foreign policy of Zero Problems with Neighbors policy and the implications of this policy in the Syrian conflict. In addition, this section also provides an examination of the non-interference principle of China regarding the Syrian crisis. The last section analyzes the two countries' policies with particular reference to the Syrian conflict. It also focuses on the relations between the two countries. Lastly, the final section focuses on the issues which connect Turkey and China within the frame of the Syrian issue. The last part provides the core findings for the research question on how the Syrian conflict influences the bilateral relations. The thesis concludes that the interlinking issues regarding the conflict impacts their relations in terms of politics, economics and security.
