Özet
63 V. BÖLÜM ÖZET i Malatya ilindeki spor tesisinin verimlilik düzeyini araştırmak eksik yanlarını tesbit edip bu eksikliklerin giderilmesine ilişkin çözümler bulmaktır. Malatya'da kayıtlı bulunan toplam 52 adet spor tesisi bulunmaktadır. Bu tesislerin 14 adedi G.S.İ.M.'ne ait, 7 Adet'i O. ö. K'na ait, 5 adet'i K. K. K'na ait 26 adet'i ise özel sektöre aittir. Bu 52 adet tesisin hepsine 50 sorudan oluşmuş anket düzenlenmiştir. Spor tesisleri çağdaş spor tesis tanımına ne derece uymaktadır. Spor tesisleri kuruluş amacının dışında kullanıldığı spor tesislerinin verimli kullanılmamasının nedenleri, teknik, donanım, personel, yönetici ve yasal düzenlemelere uyulmadığı görülmüştür. Spor tesislerinin, okul dışı gençliğe, spor kulüplerine gerekli hizmet vermediği ortaya çıkmıştır. Malatya'daki spor tesislerinin nüfusa göre yeterli olmadığı. Spor tesislerinin halka yeterince yönelmediği. Tesislerin temizliğinin yeterli yapılmadığı. Tesislerde çalışan personelin eğitim seviyelerinin düşük olduğu. Personelin sağlık bilgilerinin az olduğu, Tesislerin mesai saatleri dışında özellikle resmi kurumların yeterli derecede açık olmadığı. Spor salonlarında bir spor kitaplığı bulunmadığı ve halkın hizmetine sunulmadığı. Spor salonlarının işletilmesi yerinde değil merkezden yönetimle yapıldığı. Salon, siyasi parti çalışmaları, konserler için kiraya verilirken sürekli bürokratik işlemlerin caydırıcı olduğu. Salonlara ek binalar yaparak veya en başta planlanarak aerobik ve bady salonları halkın hizmetine açılmadığı. Modern manada kantin ve kafeteryaların salonlarımıza planlanmadığı görülmektedir. Sporcuların sağlıklı ve üretken olması için spor tesislerinin spor yapanlara açık olması ve tesisten faydalanan kişilerin sigortalı olması gerekmektedir.

64 SUMMARY In this work, it is aimed to investigat fertility level of sports plants in Malatya and to determine dhe defenciencies so as to find solutions to thes defenciencies. Totally, There are 52 sport plants registered in Malatya 14 of them belgong to administration of Juior sport of Malatya; 7 of them belong to K.K.K; 26 of them belong to private sectors This Queshonnaire was applied to all of these plants. And the Questionnaire contains 50 Questions. By this work, we aimed to find out how well sport. Plants go with“contem porary sport plants concept”, And it is seen that sport plants are used out of the aim that is supposed to; The reasons of misuse of thes plants are that personnals, admin istrators don't obey the legal regulations and misuse technical equipments. And İt is seen that the sport plants don't give the necessary service to the youth outside and sport clubs and that the sports plants aren't anough to the population sufficiently, ant that they aren't clean enowgh, and that the education level of staff is low and the health knowledgement of the steffis low as well institutions, out of working hours and that ther are not sport library in the sport plants or if it is jo, they are not pre sented to public; and that the running of sport saloons is not convenient, and that they are run by central administration and that these saloons are given in the service of political parties, are given as rent for concerts and that besudes some additional buildings are added to the main parts they are not given to public as aerobic and body saloons, and that ther are not modern canteens and caffeteries in the sport plants. To make the sportmen productive, healthy sports saloons should be opened to the sportmen and they should be insured.
