Özet
YAPI ÜRETİM SİSTEMİNDE DENETİM MEKANİZMASI (Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Gökhan KAYA GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Ocak 1997 ÖZ Üretimin insan gereksinimlerini karşılamak üzere tasarlanan - tanımlanan, ürün elde etmeye yönelik bir sistem olduğu görülür. Her üretim sistemi kavramsal ve nesnel boyutta üretimle ilgilidir. Üretim sürecinin planlama aşamasında temel ilkeleri, nitelikleri ve maliyeti, ölçeği belirlenen ürünün tasarım aşamasında biçimlenmeye başlar. Planlama aşamasından itibaren ürünün çevre sistemler tarafından denetimi söz konusudur. Yapım aşaması ise gerek sistem içi denetimi gereksede sistem çevresinin denetimine açıktır. Üretim ve üretim sistemleri ile bu sistemlerin denetim boyutunda değerlendirilmesi bu tez kapsamında I. Bölümde ele alınmıştır. Denetimin biçimsel yapısı ve niteliği ise üretim organizasyonunun talebinin oluşturduğu üretim ölçeğinin birlikte belirlediği üretim teknolojisine bağlıdır. Bu nedenle n. Bölümde üretim organizasyonlarının üretim sistemleri / teknikleri genel çerçevede ele alınmıştır. mto the unit kind. At the same time we see a great number of labor force inclining towards the factory production and it is limited by the mounting time which is going on in the construction side. Because of these the changes in control mechanisms are easily seen. The quality control towards the product affects the performance specifications. The concepts such as the“quality control”, and according to this,“performance specifications”tpwards the product are being i developed. The control towards time is limited by. mounting and the techniques that cover deficiency. This kind of widespread production prevents the legislation of control mechanisims like contract, prices and technical specifications/ standards which are put into an order according to the form traditional production that depend on construction side production. Because of these reasons, in this thesis, the suggestions for arranging the legislation's deficiencies according to the progresses are taken into consideration as they cannot even respond wholly to the arrangements like standard agreement. Thesis) Gökhan KAYA GAZİ UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY January 1997 ABSTRACT The existing or present implementation and the legislations have been designed according to the form of traditional building production. In this system, the equipment that is needed in building construction and materials/staff are considered as apparatus. The quality of labor force is of low quality except the complete processes. However, the well organization of traditional form of production and its being directed towards industrial evaluation are the cause of changes occured in building construction datas and evaluation phases.
