Özet
ÖZET Bu çalışmada, Küçük ve Orta Ölçekli işletmelerin nitel ve nicel özellikleri ile Bilgisayar Destekli İmalat yazılımı olan Mastercam programı irdelenmiş ve örnek bir parça üzerinde yazılımın çalışma şekli anlatılmıştır. Küçük ve Orta Ölçekli İşletmelerde bir sorun olan tezgah seçimi probleminin çözümü için bir fizibilite çalışması da yapılmıştır. Söz konusu fizibilite çalışmasında dört farklı tipte tezgah arasında karlılık açısından en uygun seçimin yapılması amaçlanmıştır. Küçük ve Orta İşletme yöneticilerine hem bir CAM sistemi tanıtımı ve uygulaması ile teknik bir destek hem de CNC tezgah kullanıma alınmadan önce yapılması gereken ekonomiklik analizi konusunda ip uçları verilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yapılan uygulamalarda CAM yazılımı olarak Mastercam programının seçilmesinin nedenleri şunlardır :. Programın fiyatı nedeniyle Küçük ve Orta Ölçekli işletmelere hitap etmesi. Tez çalışmasında kullanım için kolay ulaşılabilir olması. Piyasada en çok satılan CAM programı olması sayılabilir. Ayrıca fizibilite çalışmasına konu olan tezgah tipleri proje hazırlayıcısının çalıştığı işletmenin yapısına uygun olarak alınmıştır. Böylece elde edilen uygulama sonuçlan direkt olarak uygulanma şansı bulmuştur.

SUMMARY In this work, examining the small and medium scaled firms and the using and introducing of CAM(Computer Aided Manufacturing) systems in these firms were tried to be explained. Moreover, the mastercam program,which is one of the CAM system software, was examined and the studying principles of the software was narrated on a sample piece. In small and medium scaled firms, for the solution of the machine selection,which is an important problem, a research for being economical was made. In that mentioned being economical research, among the 4 different types of machines, the selection of the most appropriate one according to being profitable was studied to be made. By the help of this project, the clues about a technical prop with the introduction of a CAM system and analysis of being economical that has to be done before using the CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) machines to the small and medium scaled firms administrators, were tried to be given. During the applications, the reasons for the selection of mastercam program as CAM software are as follows: *Addressing of the program to the small and medium scaled firms because of its price. *Its being found easily. *Its being the best seller CAM program In addition, the machine types, which are the subjects of the work of being economical, were held appropriate for the firm of the project maker. By this way, the application results has the chance to be applied directly in a small scaled firms. VII!
