Özet
Bu çalışma altı bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölüm, çalışmanın hangi amaçla yapıldığı giriş, ikinci bölüm elektrolizin tanımı ve genel hatları ile açıklanması, üçüncü bölüm elektroliz yolu ile elde edilen kaplamaların değerlendirilmesini, dördüncü bölümde nikel kaplama uygulamaları ve prensiplerini, beşinci bölümde krom kaplama uygulamaları ve prensiplerini, altıncı ve son bölümde deneysel çalışmaları içermektedir. Elektrokatmanların yapılarını etkileyen faktörler ve bu faktörlerin yol açabileceği yapı bozukluklarının önüne geçilebilmek için alınan tedbirler incelenmiştir. Nikel kaplama banyolarının bileşenleri ve uniform kaplama yüzeyi elde edebilmek için dikkat edilmesi gereken hususlar üzerinde durulmuştur. Son bölümde de krom kaplama banyolarının bileşenleri ve krom katmanları üzerinde oluşan makro ve mikro çatlakların önlenebilmesi için neler yapılabileceği incelenmiş ve incelenen literatürler ışığında gerekli öneriler yapılmıştır. ABSTRACT This study consists of six chapters. In the first one it is tried to be given the aim of this study. Second chapter gives the definition of electrolysis, third chapter evaluates the plating obtained by electrolysis, in the fourth chapter it is given the applications and principles of nickel plating, in the fifth chapter, it is given the principles and applications of chromium plating and finally, in the sixth chapter, it is described the experimental study. Furthermore, factors influencing the structures of electrodeposits are examined. Their possible defacts on the structures and possible precautions in order to prevent these defacts are tried to be evaluated. Then, composition of nickel plating bath is given and factors necessary in order to obtain a uniform plating surface is tried to be explained. Finally, the contains of chromium plating baths and the possible conditions in order to prevent micro cracks formed on chromium deposits are examined and some proposals are given depending on the examined literatures.
