Özet
Firmaların, hammaddenin elde edilişinden, ürünün nihai tüketiciye ulaşana kadar ki sürecinde lojistik performanslarını, lojistik faaliyetler sonucu ortaya çıkan lojistik maliyetlerini etkin bir şekilde yönetmesi gerekmektedir. Ayrıca piyasada başarılı olmak ve rekabet etmek isteyen firmaların, firma performanslarının ve ihracat performanslarının da yüksek olması önemlidir. Böylece maliyetlerin de etkisiyle bu üç performans kriteri yüksek olan firmaların, dış pazarda daha başarılı olacağı muhtemeldir. Çalışmada firmaların dış pazarlarda lojistik performanslarını ve lojistik maliyetlerini (depolama, nakliye, sipariş işleme, stok bulundurma, elleçleme, müşteri hizmetleri maliyeti vd.) etkin yönettiklerinde hem iç piyasada hem de dış piyasada, pazar paylarının ve satış hacimlerinin nasıl değişeceğini, bunun sonucunda ise lojistik performansı ile lojistik maliyetlerin iç piyasada firma performansını, dış piyasada ihracat performansını nasıl etkilediği incelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda Türkiye İhracatçılar Meclisi'nin (TİM) 2019 yılında açıklamış olduğu ilk 1000 ihracatçı firma araştırma raporunda yer alan; çelik, elektrik elektronik, hazır giyim ve konfeksiyon sektörlerinde faaliyette bulunan 240 firmaya online anket uygulanmıştır. Çalışmada 0,01 güven aralığında, lojistik maliyetlerin lojistik performans; lojistik performansın finansal olmayan performans; lojistik performansın ihracat performans üzerinde anlamlı ve pozitif etkisi bulunmaktadır. Ancak 0,01 güven aralığında lojistik performansın finansal performans üzerinde bir etkisi yokken 0,05 güven aralığında anlamlı ve pozitif bir etkisi mevcuttur. Bunun nedeni ise ankette yer alan finansal performans ölçeğinin sayısal verileri esas almaktansa kişisel değerlendirmeleri esas almasından kaynaklanmaktadır.

Companies must effectively manage their logistics performance and logistics costs arising from logistics activities in the process from the acquisition of the raw material until the product reaches the final consumer. In addition, it is important that companies that want to be successful and compete in the market have high performance and export performances. Thus, it is likely that companies with high these three performance criteria will be more successful in the foreign market with the effect of costs. In the study, when companies effectively manage their logistics performance and logistics costs (storage, transportation, order processing, stock keeping, handling, customer service, etc.) in foreign markets, both in the domestic market and in the foreign market, how the market shares and volumes will be, this is how logistics skills and logistics How firm price in the domestic market affects exports in the foreign market is analyzed. Buddha scope of Turkey's Exporters Assembly (TIM) located in the first 1000 research report exporting company which was announced in 2019; An online survey was applied to 240 companies operating in steel, electrical electronics, ready-made clothing and apparel companies. 0.01 confidence in the study, logistic performance of logistics costs; non-financial performance of logistics performance; Logistics performance has a significant and positive effect on export performance. However, 0.01 is similar to trust and has a positive effect, while logistics performance based on 0.01 has no effect on financial performance. The reason for this is personally rather than based on the scale of the financial performance scale.
