Özet
Bu tez, edebiyat, felsefe, hukuk, tarih ve diğer bu gibi disiplinlerin ait olduğu tinsel alanın epistemolojik, mantıksal, metodolojik açıdan doğa bilimsel yöntemlerden farklı olan temellendirme girişimini, Dilthey'in hermeneutik anlayışı bağlamında araştırmaktadır. Çalışmamızın başlıca amacı, Dilthey'ın insanın yaşam dünyasını merkeze alması ile“Tinsel Bilimler”olarak ifade ettiği alanın temellendirilme sürecinin ve bu tinsel bilimlerin malzemesi olan dilsel yapıtlar, sanat eserleri gibi hayat ifadelerinin bilimselliğinin değerlendirilmesidir. Bu çerçevede, hem tinsel bilimlerin temellendirilmesinin epistemeolojik ve tarihsel arkaplanı incelenmiş, hem de insanın tarihsel-kültürel yaşam gerçekliğinin ortaya çıkarttığı sabitleşmiş hayat ifadelerinin yorumlama öğretisi olarak Dilthey'in hermeneutik anlayışı tetkik edilmiştir. Hermeneutiği kendisinden önceki geleneksel, teolojik, filolojik niteliğinden farklı şekilde ele alan Dilthey'ın Schleiermacher'i takiben oluşturduğu anlamanın fonksiyonu ile ilgili“Hermeneutiksel Döngü”fikrine binaen tarihsel varlık olan insanın sabitleşmiş hayat ifadeleri bütün ile parça ilişkisi üzerinden değerlendirilmiştir. Bu bağlamda insanlar arasındaki karşılıklı etkileşim ile şekillenen tarihsel, kültürel hayat ifadeleri olan dilsel ürünleri anlama sanatı olarak hermeneutiğin çerçevesi çizilmiştir. Ayrıca tinsel alanı tanımlamak için kullanılan hayat, tarihsellik, anlama, ifade, yaşantı gibi kavramlar üzerinden hermeneutik öğreti incelenmiştir. Bu açıdan Dilthey'in hermeneutik konseptinin çerçeveleri araştırılmış ve bu zaman ortaya çıkan temel felsefi sorunlar ele alınmıştır. Böylece, tarihsel olguları ve dilsel yapıtları anlama ve yorumlama sürecinde ortaya çıkan nesnellik, görelik gibi sorunlar üzerinden Dilthey'e yapılan eleştirilere de değinilmiştir. Son olarak, Dilthey'in tarihselciliğinden yola çıkılarak anlamanın döngüselliği bağlamında hermeneutiğin konumu tartışılmıştır.

This thesis explores the grounding attempt, which differs from the epistemological, logical, methodological natural scientific methods of the human field to which literature, philosophy, law, history and other disciplines belong, in the context of Dilthey's hermeneutic understanding. The main purpose of our study is to evaluate the scientificity of the process of ground the field that Dilthey refers to as“Human Sciences”by centering the human life and the scientificity of life expressions such as linguistic works and works of art, which are the materials of these human sciences. In this context, both the epistemological and historical background of the foundation of the human sciences was examined, and Dilthey's hermeneutic understanding was examined as a teaching of interpretation of fixed life expressions which are uncovered by human historical-cultural life reality. Considering the“The Hermeneutic Cycle”idea related to the function of understanding created by Dilthey following Schleiermacher, who handled hermeneutics differently from the traditional, theological, philological quality before him, the fixed life expressions of the historical entity, the human being, were evaluated through the relation of the whole and the part. In this context, the framework of hermeneutics was drawn as the art of understanding linguistic products, which are historical and cultural expressions of life shaped by mutual interaction between people. In addition, hermeneutic teachings were studied through concepts such as life, historicality, comprehension, expression, that are used to describe the human field. In this respect, the frameworks of Dilthey's hermeneutic concept have been explored and the basic philosophical problems that arise at this time are discussed. Thus, criticisms of Dilthey were also cited through issues such as objectivity, relativity that arise in the process of understanding and interpreting historical facts and linguistic works. Finally, the position of the hermeneutic was discussed in the context of the cyclicality of understanding which is based on the historicalism of Dilthey.
