Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, farklı olgunlaşma dönemlerinde hasat edilen dallı darı otunun kurutulmuş ve silolanmış formlarının yem değerini belirlemektir. Çalışmada yem materyali olarak Could-nine dallı darı çeşidi kullanılmıştır. Dallı darı kuru otu ve silaj örneklerinde; besin madde bileşimi, hücre çeperi içerikleri, silaj kalite özellikleri, enerji değerleri ile nisbi yem değerleri incelenmiştir. Vejetasyonun ilerlemesiyle dallı darı kuru otu ve silajında KM, HS, NDF, ADF, ADL, CEL içerikleri artarken, HP ve NÖM içerikleri azalmış ve en yüksek değerler 3. biçimde elde edilmiştir (p<0.05). Biçim periyodunun ilerlemesiyle dallı darı kuru otu ve silajında enerji değerleri ile NYD düşmüş ve en iyi değerler 1. Biçimde elde edilmiştir (p<0.05). Biçim periyodunun ilerlemesiyle dallı darı silajında pH değeri düşmüş (4.8, p<0.05), Flieg puanı ile LA ve AA oranları artmıştır. Burada en yüksek değerler 3. Biçimde elde edilmiştir (p<0.05). Silajda BA, sadece 1. Biçimde tespit edilmemiştir. Biçim periyodunun ilerlemesi, dallı darı silajının fiziksel özelliklerini etkilememiş ve her üç periyotta da silajlar“pekiyi”kalite grubunda yer almıştır. Toplam silo asitleri bakımından da en yüksek değer, 3. Biçimde elde edilmiş ve dallı darı silajı“memnuniyet verici”kalite grubunda yer almıştır. Sonuç olarak, dallı darı bitkisinin hem kurutulmuş hem de silolanmış formunun besin madde içerikleri, enerji değeri ve silaj kalitesi bakımından yeterli olduğu, dolayısıyla ruminant beslemede alternatif bir kaba yem kaynağı olarak kullanılabileceği kanısına varılmıştır.

The aim of this study is to determine the feed value of dried and silaged forms of switchgrass harvested at different maturation periods.“Cloud nine”switchgrass variety was used as feed material in the study. In the sampling switchgrass hay and silage; the nutrient composition, cell wall contents, silage quality characteristics, energy values and relative feed values were examined. With the advancement of the vegetation period, DM, CF, NDF, ADF, ADL, CEL contents increased, CP and NfE contents decreased in switchgrass hay and silage, and the highest values were obtained in the 3rd cultivar period (p<0.05). With the advancement of the maturation period, the energy values and RFV of the switchgrass hay and silage decreased and the best values were obtained in the first harvest (p<0.05). With the advancement of the maturation period, the pH value of the switchgrass silage decreased (4.8, p <0.05), LA and AA ratios increased with the Flieg score. Here, the highest values were obtained in harvest 3 (p<0.05). BA ratio was not detected only in the first harvest. The progress of the maturation period did not affect the physical properties of the switchgrass silage and in all three periods, the silage was included in the“good quality”group. In terms of total silage acids, the highest value was obtained in the 3rd harvest and switchgrass silage was in the“satisfactory”quality group. As a result, it was concluded that both dried and silaged form of the switchgrass plant is sufficient in terms of nutrient content, energy value and silage quality, so it can be used as an alternative roughage source in ruminant feeding.
