Özet
Yüksek Lisans Tezi Sunulan tez çalışmasında, Simmental ırkı düvelerde altı aylık yaştan pubertasa kadar serum Anti-müllerian hormon (AMH) seviyesini ölçmek ve ölçülen AMH değeri ile düvelerin gelişim ve pubertas ile ilişkisini ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla rastgele örnekleme yoluyla seçilen düveler (n=10), altı aylık yaştan itibaren her ay incelenmeye alınmıştır. Grup 1, 6 aylık 10 adet, Simmental ırkı düvelerden oluşmuştur. Daha sonra bu düveler 7 aylık yaşa ulaştıklarında Grup 2, 8 aylık Grup 3, 9 aylık Grup 4, 10 aylık Grup 5, 11 aylık Grup 6 ve 12 aylık olduklarında Grup 7 olarak gruplandırılmıştır. Düvelerin olası pubertasa girdikleri 6 aylık yaştan 12 aylık olana kadar her ay düzenli olarak canlı ağırlık artışları, toraks çevresi, cidago yüksekliği ölçülerek kaydedilmiştir. Aynı zamanda grupları oluşturan bu aylarda ölçümlerin yapıldığı gün vena jugularislerinden AMH ölçümü için antikoagulantsız ve heparinli tüplere kan örneği alınmıştır. Çalışmada, 10 adet simmental ırkı düvelerin 6. ayda hiçbirinin östrüs göstermediği tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma süresince 7. ayda 2, 8. ayda 2, 9. ayda 1, 10. ayda 2, 11. ayda 3 ünün östrüs semptompları gösterdiği kaydedilmiştir. Düveler 12 aylık yaşa ulaştıklarında hepsinin östrüs gösterdiği gözlenmiştir. AMH değeri hariç tüm veriler için östrüs girdiği ayın önceki ve sonraki aylarda farkın istatistiki açıdan anlamlı olduğu (P<0,01) hesap edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, AMH'ın pubertastan önce düştüğü ve daha sonra sabit değere yakın olduğu görülmüştür. Pubertas ile AMH arasında herhangi bir korelasyon saptanamadığı ve bunun için daha detaylı çalışmalara ihtiyaç olduğu ve östrüs gösterdiği ay, östtrüs den önceki ve sonraki aylarda eidago yüksekliği (cm), gögüs çapı (cm), vücud kondisyon skoru, vücut ağırlığı (kilo) ile pubertas arasında da bir ilişki olduğu görülmüştür.

Department of Veterinary Obstetrics and Gynecology, Master Thesis In the presented thesis study, it was aimed to measure the serum anti-mullerian hormone (AMH) level from six months of age to pubertas in Simmental bred heifers and to reveal the relationship between heifers development and pubertas with the measured AMH value. For this purpose, heifers (n = 10) selected randomyl sampling are examined every month from the age of six months. Group 1 consisted of 10, 6-month-old Simmental race heifers. These heifers were then grouped as Group 2 when they reached the age of 7 months, Group 3 when they were 8 months old, Group 4 when they were 9 months old, Group 5 when they were 10 months old, Group 6 when they were 11 months old, and Group 7 when they were 12 months old. The heights of the heifers into the puberty were recorded by measuring the body weight, heart-girth circumference and hip height regularly every month from 6 months to 12 months of age. At the same time, blood samples were taken from vena jugularis and heparinized tubes from the vena jugularis on the day of measurements in these months that constitute the groups. In the study, it was found that 10 simmental bred heifers did not show any estrus at the 6th month. It was noted that during the study period, 2 of them were at the 7th month, 2 at the 8th month, 1 at the 9th month, 2 at the 10th month, and 3 of the 1 1 th months showed signs of oestrus. When heifers reached the age of 12 months, all of them were observed to show estrus. For all data except AMH value, it was calculated that the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01) in the previous and subsequent months of the month in which the estrus entered. As a result, it was observed that AMH dropped before the pubertas and was then close to the constant value. There is no correlation between pubertas and AMH, and more detailed studies are needed for this, and the month it shows estrus, hip height, heart-girth circumference, body condition score, body weight and pubertas in the months before and after oestrus.
