Özet
Sosyolog Harold Garfinkel'in çalışmalarıyla başlayan etnometodoloji, toplumun üyeleri arasında kullanılan metotların araştırılması olarak bilinen bir kavramdır. Etnometodoloji bu metotları araştırırken diğer sosyologlardan farklı olarak gündelik hayatı ve gündelik hayatın işleyişindeki en önemli unsur olan gündelik dili hareket noktası olarak belirler. Garfinkel toplumsal düzenin tek başına bir gerçeklik olmadığını, toplumun üyeleri tarafından oluşturulduğunu göstermek için deneyler yaparak normale dönmeye çalışma, vesaire ilkesine başvurma, perspektiflerin karşılıklılığını sağlama ve dokümanter araştırma metodu/belgeleme yöntemlerini tespit eder. Bu yöntemleri tespit etmek için yapılan deneylerde başta Garfinkel olmak üzere diğer pek çok etnometodolog pratik icra/başarı, anlamın bağlama gönderimliliği (dizinsellik), refleksivite, açıklanabilirlik ve üye kavramlarını kullanır. Çalışmada, senaryo metni (Babam ve Oğlum) bağlamı dikkate alınarak bağlam içerisinde etnometodolojinin temel kavramlarından anlamın bağlama gönderimliliği ile açıklanabilirlik; üyelerin yöntemlerinden ise normale dönmeye çalışma, vesaire ilkesine başvurma ve dokümanter araştırma metodu/belgeleme yöntemlerinin 'gündelik dil'e uygunluğu tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Sonuç olarak Garfinkel'in etnometodolojisinin uygulamadaki başarısı veya uygunluğu teyit edilmiştir.

Ethnomethodology, which started with the work of sociologist Harold Garfinkel, is a concept known as the research of methods used among members of the society. While ethnomethodology investigates these methods, unlike other sociologists, it determines the daily life and the most important element in the functioning of everyday life as the starting point. Garfinkel identifies methods to try to return to normal, to resort to the principle of similarity, to ensure the reciprocity of perspectives, and to document / research methods to demonstrate that the social order is not a reality alone, but is created by the members of the society. Many other ethnometodologists, especially Garfinkel, use the concepts of practical performance / success, meaningful attachment (synonymity), reflexivity, explanability and member in experiments to determine these methods. In the study, considering the context of the script text (My Father and My Son), contextual submissiveness of meaning among the basic concepts of ethnomethodology in context is explained; Among the methods of the members, it was tried to determine the suitability of the“everyday language”of the methods of trying to return to normal, applying to the principle of doctrine and documenting research method / documentation methods. As a result, the success or suitability of Garfinkel's ethnomethodology methods in practice has been confirmed.
