Özet
Dünyamızda ve ülkemizde yaşanılan pandemik gelişmeler, E-ticaret faaliyetlerinin, lojistik tarafta depo ve operasyon yönetimleriyle uyumlu ve eş zamanlı bir şekilde çalışması gerekliliğini tüm işletmelere deneyim olarak yaşatmıştır. E-ticaret işlemleri ve lojistik faaliyetlerin birlikte kurgulanması ve yönetilmesini sağlayan en önemli unsur olarak bilişim sistemleri performansını gösterebiliriz. E-ticaret faaliyetleri, sipariş taleplerinin olumlu bir şekilde tamamlanmasına kadar geçen süreçleri içerir. Tüm bu süreçlerin kontrolü, kurumsal kaynak planlama ismini verdiğimiz ERP sistemleri tarafından yürütülür. Siparişlerin, doğru ve hızlı bir şekilde yönlendirilmesi ise depo teknolojileri vasıtasıyla gerçekleşir. Deneyimli lojistik firmalarının hazırlatmış olduğu depo içi yazılımlar yada depo modülüne sahip ERP yazılımlarının senkron olarak çalışması E-ticaret firmalarının başarısındaki en önemli unsurdur. Depo teknolojilerinin, ERP sistemlerine entegre sorunları ve çözümü, başarılı sipariş süreçlerinin fiziksel lojistik hareketlerle eksiksiz olarak tamamlanmasını içerir. Bulut bilişimi teknolojilerine yönelim arttırılarak, firma uygulamalarının hepsi aynı platformda çalıştırılabilir. Geleneksel teknolojilere göre güvenlik, hız ve entegrasyon konularında firmalara verimlilik sağlayacaktır. E-ticaret firmaları geleceğe dönük öngörü çalışmalarını veriler üzerinden planlamalıdır. Verilerin iyi okunması için; iş zekası araçları, makine öğrenmesi ve yapay zeka gibi yeni nesil uygulamaları iş süreçlerine dahil etmesi gerekir Pandemi sonrası, E-ticaret sektöründe talep yoğunluğunun devam edeceği düşünülmektedir. İşletme dünyasında bir paradigma değişimi yaşanmaktadır. Firmaların E-ticaret adaptasyonu sağlanmalıdır. Tedarik zinciri algısı ve tedarikçi ağının gerekliliği arttırılmalıdır. Depo sahipliği olan ya da olmayan firmalarda, lojistik firmaların danışmanlığı sağlanarak, talep yoğunluğu zamanlarında firmaların talep karşılama performansının arttırılmasına yönelik hizmet alımı ve kaynak paylaşımı gerçekleştirilebilir.

The events caused by pandemi at the global and the national levels have made the businesses experience the necessity of the simultaneous and harmonious functioning of the e-commerce activities with the warehouse and operational managements. It can be argued that the performance of information systems is the most prominent factor enabling the co-design and co-management of the e-commerce and logistic activities. E-commerce activities include all the process take place until the successful completion of the order demands. The control of all these processes are carried out by the enterprise resource planning systems called as ERP. The correct and rapid steering of the orders is realized through warehouse technologies. Synchronized functioning of the warehouse software or ERP software involving modules for warehouse become the most important factor in the success of the e-commerce businesses. The solution of the problems regarding the integration of warehouse technologies to the ERP requires completion of the order processes with the physical logistic movements. By increasing the tendency to cloud information technologies, it is possible to run all the applications of the firm at the same platform. This would provide efficiency for the firms in terms of security, speed and integration. E-commerce firms should plan their forecasting studies for the future based on the data. For an improved reading of data, new generation applications such as business intelligence, machine learning and artificial intelligence should be included in the work processes. After the pandemic, it is envisaged that demand density for e-commerce sector will continue. There occurs a shift of paradigm in the business world. The adaptation of firms to the e-commerce should be enabled. The awareness on the supply chain and the necessity of the supplier network should be improved. By providing the consultancy of logistic firms to the firms with or without warehouses, the firms are enabled to buy service and share their resources when the demand is high, with the aim of increasing the performance of the firms to complete the orders.
