Özet
Amaç: Hipertansiyon önemli bir sağlık problemi olup, hipertansiyona karşı korumanın sağlanması, erken tanı koyulması ve farkındalık oluşturulması için toplumun bilgilendirilmesiönemlidir.Hipertansif hastaların yaşam şekli değişikliği ve medikal tedavi önerilerine uyum sağlaması tedavinin temelini oluşturur.Bu çalışmada hipertansiyon hastalarının tedaviye uyum düzeylerini araştırmak, etkileyen faktörleri ortaya koymak amaçlandı. Gereç ve Yöntem: Ankara Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Aile Hekimliği polikliniklerine 15.07.2019-15.10.2019 tarihleri arasında müracaat eden, en az altı aydır hipertansiyon nedeni ile medikal tedavi alan, demans ve psikiyatrik hastalığı bulunmayan, 18 yaş ve üstü hastalar çalışmaya dahil edildi.Hastaların sosyodemografik özellikleri, hipertansiyon ile ilgili özellikleri ve diyet alışkanlıklarını ölçmek için hazırlanan sorulardan oluşan anket formu ile Hill-Bone Hipertansiyon Tedavisine Uyum Ölçeği katılımcılara yüzyüze görüşme esnasında uygulandı. Bulgular:Çalışmaya anketleri tam olarak dolduran 248 hasta dahil edildi. Çalışmaya katılanların yaş ortalaması 58,81±8,46 olarak hesaplandı. Katılımcıların 131'i (%52,8) kadın, %47,2'si (117) erkekti. Cinsiyet, medeni durum, aylık gelir, alkol kullanma durumu, birinci derece akrabada hipertansiyon hastalığı varlığı, aynı evde yaşayanlarda hipertansiyon varlığı ve vücut kitle indeksi incelendiğinde; gruplar arasında ilaç uyumuaçısından anlamlı bir fark saptanmadı (p>0,05). Eğitim durumu, yaş, meslek, sigara kullanma durumu,ek kronik hastalık varlığı, kullandığı antihipertansif etken madde sayısı, yemekte veya sofrada tuz atma durumu, doktor takibi ile ilaç uyumu arasında anlamlı ilişki saptandı (p˂0,05). Sonuç:Hipertansiyon hastalarının tedaviye uyum oranları düşük bulunmuş ve tedaviye uyumu etkileyen birçok faktör saptanmıştır. Hipertansiyon önemli bir sağlık sorunu olup, hipertansiyondan korunmak, farkındalık yaratmak ve erken teşhis amacıyla toplumun bilgilendirilmesi ve hipertansiyonu kontrol altında tutmak için hastaların tedaviye ve yaşam tarzı önerilerine uyum sağlaması önemlidir.

Aim:Hypertension is an important health problem that it is substantial to be ensured of protection against the hypertension, to impose an early diagnosis and tocreate awareness. Life style changes of hypertensive patients and orientating the treatment suggestions form the base of treatment. In this study, it is aimed to research patients' level of the treatment and present the affecting factors. Materials and Methods:Patients aged 18 and older who apply the family practice department of Ankara Training and Research Hospital on the dates between 15.07.2019-15.10.2019, getting medical treatment because of hypertension who don't have dementia or any other psychological ilness are included. The questionnaire form including qestions to test the patients sociodemoraphic attributes, features about hypertension and their diet habits and adjustment scale to Hill-Bone hypertension treatment are applied to the participants during face to face meeting. Results: 248 patients who fill the questionnaire forms appropriately are included the study. Average age of the patients in the study is calculated as 58.81±8.46. While 131(52.8%) participants are woman, 117(47.2%) participants are man. Any significant difference between the groups in terms of medicine adaption is determined. When we analyze the gender, marital status, montly income, use of alcohol, presence of hypertension illness in the house members and body mass index (p>0.05). It is determined that there is a significance relation when it comes to the topics of educational background, age, occupation, smoking, the numbers of active substance usage in hypertension, usage of salt in meals and doctors follow-up (p˂0.05). Conclusion:There has been many factors that effecting the adaptation of the treatment and it is found that adaptation of hypertension patients is low. Hypertension is one of the important heathissue and protecting from it, creating awareness, informing people about early diagnosis and accommodating the treatment and the lifestyle to keep the ilness under control are all significant.
