Özet

ÖZET Eğitimin, toplumlar için önemi ve gereği kaçınılmazdır. Toplumu oluşturan bireylere yaygın eğitimi ulaştırabilmek, günümüzde uzaktan öğretim ile sağlanabilmektedir. Uzaktan öğretim öğrencileri, sistemin süreçlerinden (basılı ders malzemeleri, televizyon ve radyo ders programları, akademik danışmanlık hizmetleri ve bilgisayar destekli eğitim) yararlanarak öğrenimlerini sürdürmektedirler. Uzaktan öğretimde yaygın olarak karşılaşılan“muhasebe”nin, en uygun koşullarda nasıl bir eğitim politikasıyla sunulması gerektiği, bu çalışmanın araştırma konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Uzaktan öğretimde muhasebe eğitiminin istenen şekilde gerçekleşmesi, sistemin süreçlerinin verimli çalışmasına bağlıdır. Uzaktan öğretim süreçlerinden en yenisi olan“Bilgisayar Destekli Eğitim”in muhasebe eğitimine olan katkısı, sunulan uygulama ile pekiştirilmiştir.

ABSTRACT The importance and necessity of education is inevitable for communities. At present it can be obtained with distance education to convey the widespread education to the individuals constituting the community. In distance education the students continue their educations by making use of the processes of the system: Subject materials printed, lessons on television and radio, academic consultation services and education supported by computer. Our subject of research is by what kind of education policy“the accounting”which is widely met in distance education should be presented in the most suitable conditions. The fact that education of accounting, in distance education, is carried out in the way required depends on the fact that the processes of system work productively. The supplement to the education of accounting of“ education supported by computer”which is the newest one of the processes of distance education has been reinforced by the application presented.
