Özet
ABSTRACT It's observed that the rote of technological changes and innovations has been speeded up in 21 vt. century. In order to reach the current level of technological changes and innovations the industrial companies have considered the importance of R-D activities and to earn,.' out these efforts they have started to allocate resources and skillful manpower. This study, planning and organization of R-D in the manufacturing industrial companies, has three chapters. In the first chapter, information about concepts, purposes, activities and strategic dimensions of R-D have been given. In the second chapter, planing and organization of R-D and it's position in the company have been described. The third chapter has involved application. In this chapter, the planing and organization of R-D and it's position in Eczacı başı Karo San. A.Ş., Çitosan Bozüyük Seramik San. A.Ş., Kütahya Seramik San. A.Ş., Toprak Seniteri ve İzolatör San. A.Ş. have been evaluated and the been completed with a general appraisal.araştırma ve geliştirme çalışmalarının planlanması ve organizasyonu ve araştırma ve geliştirme çalışmalarında başarıyı arttırmak için alınacak tedbirler incelenmeye çalışılmış ve gerekli bir sonuca varılmaya çalışılmıştır.
