Özet
“Cumhuriyet Türkiye'sinin Milli Savunma Sanayii Kurma Stratejisi”adlı bu çalışmada Türk Savunma Sanayiinin değişim ve gelişim süreci incelemek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Bu çalışmada öncelikle savunma sanayiinin tanımı, savunma sanayiinin önemi, savunma sanayii özellikleri, stratejinin tanımı, gelişmiş ülkelerde savunma sanayii ve stratejileri, Cumhuriyet Türkiye'sinin dönemsel olarak savunma sanayii politikaları ve stratejileri incelenmiştir. Karar alıcılar, süreçler, askeri ve siyasi aktörlerde dikkate alınmıştır. Ülkemizin konumundan dolayı, bölgesinde barışın korunmasında, dışarıdan veya içeriden gelebilecek tehditlere karşı caydırıcılığını korumasında, savunma sanayimizin yüksek teknolojili ürünler üretebilmesinin önemi belirtilmiştir. Ayrıca çalışmada savunma sanayiinin gelişimini etkileyen önemli olaylar ve gelişmeler tespit edilmiştir. Ulaşılan sonuç, savunma sanayimizin ekonominin önemli bir parçası olmasının yanı sıra üretim ve tasarım stratejilerinin milli yapılara kavuşmasının hayati öneme sahip olduğudur. Bu alanda en önemli unsur kendi kendine yeten bir savunma sanayiinin“yerli ve milli”olmasıdır.

“The Strategy of Installing the Republic of Turkey's National Defense Industry”has been prepared to examine the process of change and development of the Turkish Defense Industry in this study. The definition of the first defense in this study, the importance of the defense industry, defense industry specifications, definition of strategy, defense industry and strategies in developed countries, the Republic periodically defense industry policies and strategies of Turkey were examined. Decision makers, processes, military and political actors were taken into account. Due to the position of our country, the importance of our defense industry to produce high-tech products in the protection of peace in the region, the protection of deterrence against threats from outside or inside is stated. In addition, important events and developments affecting the development of defense industry were identified in the study. The conclusion reached is that the defense industry is an important part of the economy and it is vital that the production and design strategies reach the national structures.
