Özet

FATİH PROJESİ, uzun adıyla,“Fırsatları Arttırma ve Teknolojiyi İyileştirme Hareketi Projesi”Türkiye'nin en önemli projelerinden birisidir. Bilgi toplumunu yaratmak ve eğitimde teknolojiyi yararlı kılmak projenin temel amacıdır. FATİH projesinin bilgiye hızlı ulaşma, öğrenciyi aktif hale getirme, yaparak yaşayarak öğrenme, farklı duyu organlarına hitap ederek öğrenmeyi kolaylaştırma gibi birçok olumlu yanı bulunmaktadır. Eğitimde teknoloji kullanımının bir diğer önemli faydasının da fırsat eşitliğinin sağlanarak, okullar ve bölgeler arasındaki farkı asgariye indirecek olmasıdır. Ancak bu projenin amacına ulaşması için etkili bir şekilde kullanılması gerekmektedir. Yapılan teknolojik iyileştirme hamlelerinin, maddi açıdan sağlanan desteklerin tek başına öğrencilere başarıyı getirmesi mümkün değildir. Başarıyı getirecek olan ise FATİH projesinin sosyal faktörlerle desteklenmesidir. Sosyal faktörlerin başında ise, bu teknolojiyi kullanacak olan öğretmenler ve öğrenciler ve onlara destek sağlayacak olan aile ve veliler gelmektedir. Bu amaçla çalışmada, Mersin ilinde seçilen iki lisede, öğrencilere ve öğretmenlere anketler uygulanmış, projenin sosyal faktörlerle ilişkisi değerlendirilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin, velilerin ve öğrencilerin bilgisayar teknolojilerini eğitimde başarıyı arttırmak için nasıl kullandığı araştırılmıştır. Bu sayede FATİH projesinin istenilen başarıya ulaşması mümkün olacaktır.

Fatih PROJECT, with a long name, Increase Opportunities and Technology Improvement Actproject is one of the most important projects of our time. create a knowledge society and to make useful technology in education is the main aim of the project. Fatih project of rapid accessto information, activating student, learning by doing and experiencing, there are many positive aspects, such as facilitating learning by appealing to different senses. The use of technology in education to ensure equality of opportunity An other important benefit is that the differences between schools and regionsto minimize. However, it should be use deffectively to achieve the objectives of this project. The thrust of technologicaliy eleştir made, the support provided is not financially possible to bring success to the students alone. Which will bring the success of Fatih project is supported by social factors. At the beginning of social factors,teachers and students who will use this technology, which will allow parents to come and support them. For this aim, the relationship between social factors applied in Mersin elected two new schools survey their students and teachers are evaluated projects in the province. Teachers, was investigated how it uses to increase the success rate of computer technology in education parents and students. In thisway, it will be possible to reach the desired success of Fatih project.
