Özet
Türkiye'de fikri olarak ifade edilmesinde bir takım sorunlar yaşanan ve Türkiye'nin ince çizgisi durumunda varlığını gösteren Kürt sorunu meselesi, bilimsel açıdan çalışma yapmak isteyen araştırmacı, yazar ve tarihçi kesim tarafından eksik kalınan bir konu olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu çıkarımlar çerçevesinde Kürt sorunu meselesinin değişim sürecini ele almak ve konuya bilimsel açıdan farklı bir boyutta yaklaşmak adına bu konuyu tez olarak seçmiş bulunmaktayız. Çalışmamız; Giriş, Üç Bölüm ve Sonuç kısmından oluşmakla birlikte Birinci Bölümde; Kürt meselesinin 27 Mayıs 1960 Askeri Darbesine kadarki dönemde sosyolojik, politik ve toplumsal açıdan nasıl bir tarihsel süreç geçirdiği ile dış eksenli gelişim gösteren Kürt sorununun uluslararası platformda nasıl bir noktaya oturtulmak istendiğine ve olayların genel itibariyle Türkiye Cumhuriyetindeki yansımalarına dikkat çekilmiştir. İkinci Bölümde ise 27 Mayıs 1960 Askeri Darbesinden sonraki süreçte Türkiye Kürtlerine yönelik izlenen politikalardan ve Türkiye'deki Kürtçülük sürecinin oluşumundan bahsedilmiş olup Üçüncü Bölümde ise Kürtçülük fikrini ortaya çıkaran siyasi kaynaklardan ve bu konudaki faaliyetlerden bahsedilmiştir. Takdir edileceği üzere, konunun bilimsel bir çalışma olması ve Kürt sorunu gibi hassasiyet arz eden bir mesele ile bütünleşmesi, çalışma sürecinde bir takım güçlükleri de beraberinde getirmektedir. 27 Mayıs 1960 Askeri Darbesinin getirmiş olduğu eksiklikler ve uygulanan yaptırımlardan dolayı dönemin gazete, dergi ve kitap gibi bazı yayın organlarına Kürtçülük yapıldığı gerekçesiyle getirilen bir takım yasaklar ve Başbakanlık Cumhuriyet Arşivi'nde konuyla ilgili kaynaklara olan ulaşım güçlüğü, çalışma esnasında eksik kalınan noktaların sebebini oluşturmuştur. Bu güçlükler çerçevesinde dahi Türkiye'de yaşanan Kürtçülük hareketinin çıkış noktası ve nasıl bir politik süreç geçirdiği, arşiv belgeleri ışığında ve gerçekçi bir yaklaşım ile incelenmeye çalışılmıştır.

The issue of the Kurdish problem in Tukey indicate the presence of a number of problems experienced in the case of Turkey and red line as to Express the idea. The issue of the Kurdish question emergesas an incomplete subject by the researcher, writer, and historian who wants to study scientifically. In the framework of these implications, we have chosen this issue as a thesis in order to address the process of change of the Kurdish problem and to approach the subject in a different scientific way. Our study; The first part consists of three sections and the conclusion part; Kurdish issue May 27, 1960 military coup the period up to the sociological, attention was drawn to the political and social aspects of how a historical process through which the external axis development showing the Kurdish issue internationally, how a point you want to lock and events in general, as a reflection of the Republic of Turkey. İn the second section and 27 May 1960 for the period after the military coup of the policy for Kurds in Turkey and Turkey's it is mentioned the formation of Kurdism process in the third part, and from the idea of Kurdish nationalism revealing political sources have been mentioned activities in this regard. As it will be appreciated, the fact that the subject is a scientific study and integration with a sensitive issue such ash the Kurdish issue brings along some difficulties in the process of study. 27 May 1960 Due to the deficiencies and sanctions imposed by the Military coup, a number of bans on the grounds that the Kurdish language was made to some media organs such as newspapers, magazines and boks, and the difficulty of the transportation to the relevant resources in the Presidency Republican Archives created the reasons for the missing points during the work. The starting point of these challenges even experienced Kurdism movement in Turkey within the framework of a political process and how it had been attempted to axamine the documents in the archives of light and a realistic approach.
