Özet
Son yıllarda yapı sektöründe önemli gelişmelere yol açan Yapı Bilgi Modellemesi (YBM) ile ilgili yapılan araştırmalar dünya genelinde gün geçtikçe artış göstermektedir. Türkiye'de durum benzer olsa da YBM sistemin gelişimini tam anlamıyla ortaya koyan çalışmaların azlığı dikkat çekmektedir. Bu sebeple bu çalışmada Türkiye'de YBM sisteminin kullanımı ve gelişimi araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla çalışmanın ilk aşamasında Türkiye'de bu sistemi kullanan 60 mimarlık ve mühendislik firmasına 20 sorudan oluşan bir anket hazırlanmış ve e-posta yoluyla iletilmiştir. Firmalardan alınan cevaplar doğrultusunda ankete katılım oranı %29 olarak belirlenmiştir. Anket sonucunda Türkiye'de YBM sisteminin proje süreçlerinin hangi aşamalarında kullanıldığı, en çok hangi yazılımın tercih edildiği, çalışanların eğitim durumu, karşılaşılan problemler ve YBM sisteminin kullanılabilirliği gibi konular değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın 2. aşamasında dünyada en çok tercih edilen YBM yazılımı olan Autodesk Revit Architecture ile bir uygulama çalışması yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada Trabzon ilinde daha önceden geleneksel sistemlerle projesi çizilerek uygulaması yapılmış bir konut projesi örnek olarak seçilmiştir. Bu projeye ait metraj ve maliyet listeleri ile yazılım kullanılarak elde edilen listeler karşılaştırılmıştır. Ve bu çalışma sonucunda YBM sisteminin ve Autodesk Revit Architecture yazılımının yapı sektörüne sağladığı avantaj ve dezavantajların belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.

n recent years, research on Building Information Modeling (BIM), which has led to significant developments in the building sector, has been increasing day by day. Though similar situation in Turkey, it is noteworthy scarcity of studies demonstrating literally the development of the BIM system. For this reason, the use and development of the BIM system in Turkey were investigated in this study.For this purpose,a questionnaire consisting of 20 questions sent by e mail to the 60 architectural and engineering companies using this system in Turkey inthe first phase of the study. According to the answers received from the companies, the participation rate was determined as 29%.The survey was conducted to determine which phase of the project BIM system was used at most, which software is the most preferred, training status of employees, the problems encountered and the availability of the BIM system was questioned.In the second phase of the study, an application study was made with Autodesk Revit Architecture which is the most preferred BIMsoftware in the world. In this study, a residential project which has been applied by drawing the project with traditional systems in Trabzon was chosen as an example. The metrics and cost lists of the project and the lists obtained by using the software were compared. And as a result of this study, it was aimed to determine the advantages and disadvantages of the BIM system and Autodesk Revit Architecture software for the building sector.
