Özet
Amaç: Araştırma hemşirelerin intramüsküler enjeksiyonda ventrogluteal bölgenin kullanımına ilişkin verilen planlı eğitimin bilgi ve becerileri üzerine etkisini incelemeyi amaçlamıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu çalışma ön test-son test düzeninde deneysel bir çalışma olarak planlanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 30 hemşire oluşturmuştur. Bulgular: Hemşirelerin ventrogluteal bölgeye intramüsküler enjeksiyona ilişkin bilgi puan ortalaması 1. izlem 45,57 ± 18,502, 2. izlem 85,13 ± 7,157, 3. izlem 79,37 ± 6,239, 4. izlem 76,53 ± 5,588 bulunmuştur. 1. izlem-2. izlem, 1. izlem-3. izlem, 1. izlem-4. izlem bilgi puan ortalamaları arasında anlamlı fark bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Hemşirelerin ventrogluteal bölgeye intramüsküler enjeksiyon uygulama sayısı 3. izlem sonrasında 3,65 ± 2,700, 4. izlem sonrasında 9,93 ± 18,328'dir. 3. izlem ve 4. izlemde uygulanan intramüsküler enjeksiyon sayıları arasında anlamlı fark bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Sonuçlar: Hemşirelerin eğitim sonrası bilgi düzeyleri eğitim öncesine göre daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Eğitim hemşirelerin ventrogluteal bölgeye intramüsküler enjeksiyon sayısını artırmıştır.

Aim: The research is aimed to examine the effect of nurses on the knowledge and skills of planned education given to the use of the ventrogluteal region in intramuscular injection. Material and Method: This study was planned as an experimental study in the pre-test-post test format. The sample of the research was composed of 30 nurses. Findings: The mean score of the knowledge about intramuscular injection of the nurses to the ventrogluteal site 1. follow-up 45,57 ± 18,502; 2. follow-up 85,13 ± 7,157; 3. follow-up 79,37 ± 6,239; 4. follow-up was 76,53 ± 5,588. 1. follow-up-2. follow-up, 1. follow-up-3. follow-up, 1. follow-up-4. follow-up there were a significant difference between the mean scores of follow-up information (p <0,05). The number of nurses' intramuscular injections to the ventrogluteal site was 3.65 ± 2.700 after the 3rd follow-up, after the fourth follow-up, it was 9,93 ± 18,328. There was a statistically significant difference between the numbers of intramuscular injections performed in the third and fourth follow-ups (p <0.05). Results: The level of knowledge of nurses after education was higher than before the education. Training increased the number of intramuscular injections into the ventrogluteal site of the nurses.
