Özet
ÖZET Bu çalışmamın giriş bölümünde sanatın öyküsü ve Eski Yıman'daki sanatsal ortam üzerinde durulmuştur. Giriş bölümünün sonunda Eflatun'un hayatı ve eserleri incelenmiştir. Bu tezin birinci bölümünde Eflatun'un idea kavramı hakkında bilgi verildi. İdeaların mahiyeti, iki alem anlayışı ve bu iki alemin birbirini nasıl etkilediğine ilişkin açıklamalarda bu lunuldu, idea kavramı çerçevesinde epistemoloji ve etik görüşlerinin analizi yapıldı. Bu bölümün son kısmında ise tez ile ilgili bazı kavramların Eflatun felsefesinde ne anlama geldiği açıklandı. İkinci bölümde genel olarak bilgi-sanat ve ahlak-sanat ilişkisi üzerinde duruldu. Estetik bir fenomen olan güzel kav ramının Eflatun felsefesinde bu kavramın ne anlama geldiği araştırıldı. Bu bölümün son iki kısmında sanat eserlerindeki ahlâki motivlerin yaşamı hangi yönde etkilediği üzerinde du- ruldu. Ahlâka ayları eserlerin ve bunları yazanlar hakkında ne düşünüldüğü de bu bölümün son kısmında incelendi. Araştırmanın üçüncü bölümünde, Eflatun felsefesinde sanat ve sanatçının varlık koşulları araştırıldı. Bu çalışma so nucunda estetik bir fenomen olan güzel kavramımn Eflatun fel- sefesindeki önemi güzel-iyi ilişkisi içinde ortaya konuldu. Bu arada estetiğin önemli bir bölümünü oluşturan müzik'in Eflatun felsefesindeki önemi vurgulandı. Gelecek kuşakların yetiştirilmesinde en önemli öge olarak eğitim alanında sanatın nasıl kullanılacağı incelendi. Genel olarak Eflatun'un sanatı ve sanatçıyı ideal dev letinden kovduğu yönünde yaygm bir inanış vardır. Ancak yaptığımız araştırmalarda bunun doğru olmadığı sonucuna varıldı. Eflatun'un sanat'a ve sanatçıya ilkeli, düzeyli belli ku rallar çereçevesi içinde yaklaştığı sonucuna varıldı. Eflatun'a at fedilen ilk sansürcü mit'i abartıdan öteye geçemeyen bir iddia olarak kalmaktadır.

n SUMMARY In the introdutory part of this work, it has been handled the story of art and the eartistic enviranmentin Old Greek! At the end of introduction Plato's life and his work have been faused. In the first chapter of this thesis, me give information about the theory of idea. The essense of idea the two world view and the effects of these two world view and the effects of these two worlds on each other are explained. We analysed epistemologic and ethic views based on idea theory. Finally, in the last par of this chapter. We explain the meaning of some of some of the con- ceps about the thesis with regard to the philosophy of Plato. In the second chapter, me focus on the relationsihp's know ledge-art and morality-art. We investigate the meaning of beauty concept, which is an aesthetic phenomenon, in Plato's phi losophy, in the last two parts of this chapter, me focus on in which mays moral factors effect life. Also, the writings which are not in accordence with the mo rality and the ideas about the outhors of these writings are analysed. In the third chapter of this thesis, me investigate the con ditions of being of art and artists in Plato's philosophy. At the end of this work the importance of the beauty concept in Plato's philosophy, is given according to beautiful-good relationship. Mean while me stress the importance of music which constitutes an importent part of aesthetic in the philosophy of Plato. We inevstigate how art can be used in education which is the most important factor in the formation of new generations. There is a common belief that Plato expelled artand artists from his ideal state, however me find out that this is not true through the course of our survey. We find out that Plato's app roach to art and artist has certain principles. The first night that ascribed to Plato is a claim which is no more than exaggeration.
