Özet
Beden Eğitimi ve Sınıf Öğretmenlerinin Beden Eğitimi ve Fiziksel Aktivite Engellerine İlişkin Algılarının Değerlendirilmesi ÖZET Amaç: Bu araştırmanın amacı, beden eğitimi ve sınıf öğretmenlerinin beden eğitimi ve fiziksel aktivite engellerine ilişkin algılarını belirlemeye çalışmaktır. Yöntem: Araştırmaya Antalya ilinde ilköğretim ve ortaöğretim okullarında görev yapan beden eğitimi öğretmeni (365 kişi) ve sınıf öğretmeni (521 kişi) olan toplam 886 kişi katılmıştır. Araştırmada Kinnunen ve Lewis tarafından (2013) geliştirilen“The Perceived Barriers to the Delivery of Quality Physical Education”ölçek kullanılmıştır. Ölçek dört boyuttan (finansal- lojistik, öğretmen, kurumsal, beden eğitimi standartları) oluşmaktadır. Ölçek, her maddenin aritmetik ortalaması hesaplanarak puanlanmaktadır. Ölçek madde ve toplam puan ortalamasının yüksek olması, bireyin engel/bariyer algı düzeyinin olumsuz anlamda yüksek olduğunu ifade etmektedir. Ölçeğin saha uygulamasında Cronbach Alfa değeri toplamda 0.864; alt boyutlarda Finansal lojistik 0.806, Öğretmen kaynaklı 0.739, Kurumsal 0.727, Beden eğitimi standartları faktörü 0.688 olarak saptanmıştır. İstatistiksel analizlerde, Student's- T test, Mann-Whitney U test, One-Way Anova Test, Kruskal Wallis test ve Bonferroni düzeltmeli Mann-Whitney U Testi kullanılmıştır. İstatistiksel değerlendirmelerde, anlamlılık değeri p<0.05 olarak alınmıştır. Bulgular: Öğretmenlerin Finansal-lojistik, Kurumsal boyut ve ölçek toplam puanları mezun olduğu bölümlere göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık göstermektedir (p<0,05). Beden Eğitimi öğretmenlerinin, Finansal-lojistik ve kurumsal boyut ile ölçek toplam puandan elde edilen beden eğitimi ve fiziksel aktiviteye ilişkin bariyer algı düzeyleri, Sınıf öğretmenlerinin bariyer algı düzeyinden daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Finansal-lojistik boyutta; tesis, malzeme ve ekipman, mali kaynak yetersizliği ile derse gereken önemin verilmemesi, Beden eğitimi ve fiziksel aktivitenin yapılmasında, öğretmenler tarafından ortak bariyer olarak algılanmaktadır.

The Assessment of Perceptions Physical Education and Classroom Teachers about Physical Education and Physical Activity Barriers ABSTRACT Objective: The purpose of this research is to determine the perception of physical education and Classroom teachers about physical education and physical activity barriers. Method: The sample group consists of 365 Physical Education teachers and 521 Classroom teachers people that work in Antalya in primary and secondary schools with a total number of 886 persons. In this research the scale of“The Perceived Barriers to the Delivery of Quality Physical Education”is used which is developed by Kinnunen and Lewis (2013). The scale consists of four dimensions. (Financial-Logistic, Teacher, Institute, physical education standarts) The scale is graded by calculating the arithmetic mean. If scale material and arithmetic mean is high, that means the handicap/barrier perception level of the individual is high in a negative sense. In the field application of the scale Cronbach Alfa value is determined as 0.864 as a total; in the subdimensions, Financial logistic 0.806, Teacher-based 0.739, institutional 0.727 and Physical education standarts factor is determined as 0.688. In the statistical analyses, Student's- T test, Mann-Whitney U test, One-Way Anova Test, Kruskal Wallis test and Bonferroni-corrected Mann-Whitney U Test are used. In the statistical evaluations, significance value is taken as p<0.05. Results: The teachers' financial-logistic, Institutional dimension and scale total points statistically show significance difference according to their graduation courses (p<0,05). The barrier perception level of the Physical Education teachers, which is obtained from the financial-logistic and institutional dimension and scale total point, is found to be higher than the barrier perception level of Class teachers. Conclusion: In financial-logistic dimension; insufficiency of facilities, materials and equipments and lack of financial fund, not giving importance to the lesson, is perceived as the common barrier for physical education and physical activities.
