Özet
Engelli bir çocuğa sahip olmak, tüm aileyi derinden etkileyen bir olaydır. Çocuğun bakımından annelerin daha fazla sorumlu olması sebebiyle, annelerin yaşadıkları duygularla başa çıkabilmeleri için psikolojik destek almaları önemlidir. Bu çalışmada; engelli çocuğa sahip annelerin duygu dışa vurumu ile annelerin psikolojik yardım alma tutumu arasındaki ilişkiyi anlamak hedeflenmiştir. Anneler duygularını sağlıklı bir şekilde dışa vurdukça ve destek aldıkça, içinde bulundukları yoğun duygulanımda azalma görülmesi olasıdır. Bu çalışma, tarama modeli olarak tasarlanmıştır. Çalışmaya konu olan bireyler, kendi koşulları içinde olduğu gibi tanımlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada, annelerin psikolojik yardım alma tutumunun yükselmesinin, duygu dışa vurum düzeyini azalttığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Having a disabled child is a situation that affects a whole family. Since mothers are generally more responsible of child care, it is important for the mothers to get psychological help to handle the feelings they live with while dealing with a disabled child. In this study, it is aimed to understand what is the interaction between expressing the feelings of the mothers who have a disabled child and their attitude of getting psychological help or not. As long as these mothers express their feelings related to having a disabled child in a healthy way and get some help about their psychological condition, it is possible to achieve a decrease in the negativity of the heavy situation they live in at least to some degree. This study was designed as scanning model. Individuals who were subjected to the study were tried to be described as they were in their own conditions. In the study they reached to the point that the expressing of the feelings of the mothers mentioned related to the subject decreased by the attitude of the mothers' getting help.
