Özet
Modern dünyanın ürettiği toplumsal bunalım ve ahlaki yozlaşma, aileleri ve eğitimcileri değerler eğitiminin gerekliliği üzerinde düşünmeye, çalışmaya ve proje üretmeye sevk etmiştir. Bu bağlamda değerlere yapılan vurgunun her geçen gün arttığı görülmektedir. İslam dininin temel kaynağı olan Kur'an'ın, kendi bütünlüğü içerisinde bir değerler sistemine sahip olduğu görülmektedir. Kur'an'da değerler konusunun ve değerler eğitiminin araştırılması, insanlığın içine düşmüş olduğu değerler erozyonundan kurtulabilmesi için ortaya atılan çözüm yollarından biri olabilmesi açısından önemlidir. Bu sebeple araştırma, küresel bir problem olarak kabul edilen insani değerlerin öğretimi sorununu, vahyin penceresinden bakarak ele almaya çalışmıştır. Araştırmada öncelikle Kur'an'da değerler eğitiminin teorik ve bilişsel çerçevesi üzerinde durulmuştur. Hangi değerlerin Kur'an sistematiği içerisinde insani değerler olarak kabul edilebileceğinin analizi yapılmıştır. Ortaya çıkan bu değerler; kavram, kapsam ve içerik yönüyle, eğitim bilimlerinin verileri ışığında incelenmiştir. Değerlerin insanlara, bilişsel, duyuşsal ve devinişsel öğretim basamaklarına göre nasıl öğretildiği metodolojik olarak ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, Kur'an'ın kendi bütünlüğü içerisinde güven üzerine inşa edilmiş kapsamlı bir değerler sisteminin var olduğu görülmüştür. Aynı zamanda bu sistemin; birey ve toplum temelli değil, bizzat yaratıcı merkezli olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Kur'an'daki değerler eğitimi; bireyin ahlaki davranışlarında değişiklik oluşturma süreci olarak anlaşılmaktadır. Bu değerler eğitiminde hedef ve niyet ön plandadır. Kur'an'da değerler eğitiminin hedefi, yaratıcının rızasına ulaşmak olarak belirlenmiştir. Bununla beraber bireysel ve toplumsal olarak mutluluğun, ancak bu hedef doğrultusunda hareket edildiğinde gerçekleşeceği düşüncesi esas alınmıştır. Araştırmanın insani değerleri İslam açısından çözümleme uğraşındaki çalışmalara, teorik ve metodolojik alanda katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

Families and educators have started to think, study and produce projects about the necessity of value education because of the social crisis and moral corruption produced by the modern world. In this context, it is seen that the emphasized on values has been increasing day by day. It is known that the Qur'an which is the main source of Islamic religion has a system of values within its own integrity. The issue of human values in the Qur'an and the research about values education are important in terms of being one of the solutions offered to get rid of the values erosion. For this reason, the research tries to deal with the problem of human values accepted as a global problem by looking to them through the inspiration perspective. The theoretical and cognitive framework of values education in the Qur'an is emphasized in the research. In the study, it is analyzed which values can be regarded as human values in the Qur'an system. These values arising from Quran have been examined in the light of the Educational Science by way of concept, scope and content. Also, it has been tried to be methodologically demonstrated how values are taught to people in terms of cognitive, emotional, and mental teaching. As a result of the research, it is seen that the Qur'an has a comprehensive system of values built on trust within its own integrity. At the same time, it is understood that this system is not based on the individual and community, but based on the God-centered. Values education in the Qur'an is understood as the process of making changes in the moral behavior of the individual. These values are the preliminary plan of intention and intention in education. The goal of values education in the Qur'an is determined to reach the creator's will. However, it is thought that individual and social happiness will only take place when it is moved towards this goal. It is thought that the research will theoretically and methodologically contribute to the studies of values education when human values are analyzed in terms of Islam.
