Özet
Bu tez çalışması kapsamında, ilk olarak tetraetilenglikoldiklorür (1), benzo-15-crown-5 (2), 4',5'-bis(bromometil)benzo-15-crown-5 (3), 4'-formil-benzo-15-crown-5 (4) ve NO2-BODIPY (5) çıkış bileşikleri bir seri reaksiyon basamağı ile sentezlendi. 4',5'-bis(bromometil)benzo-15-crown-5'in (3) 4-hidroksikumarin ve 7-hidroksikumarin ile olan reaksiyonlarından çift kollu crown eter bileşikleri (6 ve 7) sentezlendi. 4'-amino-benzo-15-crown-5'in 3-formilkromon ve 6-metil-3-formilkromon ile farklı alkol ortamlarında gerçekleştirilen kondensasyon reaksiyonları sonucu iki ayrı seri kromon sübstitüe crown eter bileşikleri (8-10, 11-13) sentezlendi. Diğer bir çıkış bileşiği olan 4'-formil-benzo-15-crown-5 (4) ile NO2-BODIPY'nin (5) reaksiyonundan iki adet crown eter halkası içeren yeni crown-BODIPY (14) bileşiği elde edildi. Sentezlenen kumarin ve kromon sübstitüe crown eter bileşiklerinin (6a-13a, 6b-13b) alkali metal kompleksleri NaSCN ve KSCN tuzları ile sentezlendi. Sentezlenen yeni crown eter bileşikleri (6-14) ve komplekslerin (6a-13a, 6b-13b) yapıları element analizi, FTIR ,1H-NMR, 13C-NMR ve MS spektrum verilerinden yararlanılarak aydınlatıldı. Yeni crown eter bileşiklerinin (6-14) UV-spektrofotometresi ve floresans spektrometresi kullanılarak metal seçicilikleri incelendi. Ayrıca kumarin ve kromon sübstitüe crown eter bileşiklerinin (6-13) ve alkali metal komplekslerinin (6a, 7a, 6b, 7b) antimikrobiyal aktivite çalışmaları yapıldı.

In this study, initially synthesis of starting compounds were prepared. For this purpose, firstly tetraethylenglycoldichloride (1), benzo-15-crown-5 (2), 4',5'-bis(bromo methyl)benzo-15-crown-5 (3), 4'-formil-benzo-15-crown-5 (4) and NO2-BODIPY (5) were synthesized. Double-armed crown ether compounds (6 and 7) were synthesized by the reactions of 4 ', 5'-bis (bromomethyl) benzo-15-crown-5 (3) with 4-hydroxycoumarin and 7-hydroxycoumarin. Two diffirent series of chromone substituted crown ethers (8-10, 11-13), were synthesized by the condensation reactions of 4-amino-benzo-15-crown-5 with 3-formylchromone and 6-methyl-3-formylchromone in different solvent media. A new crown-BODIPY (14) compound containing two crown ether rings was obtained from the reaction of 4'-formyl-benzo-15-crown-5 (4) with NO2-BODIPY (5). Alkali metal complexes (6a-13a, 6b-13b) were synthesized from the reactions of synthesized coumarine and chromone substituted crown ether compounds (8-13) with NaSCN and KSCN. The syntheses of the novel crown ether compounds (6-14) and complexes (6a-13a, 6b-13b) were elucidated by the elemental analysis, FTIR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and MS spectral data. The metal selectivities of new crown ether compounds (6-14) were studied by using UV-spectrophotometer and fluorescence spectrometry. In addition, antimicrobial activity studies of chromone and coumarin substituted crown ether compounds (6-13) and alkali metal complexes (6a, 7a, 6b, 7b) were carried out.
