173 SUMMARY“The questions of the again-settlement that are caused by Atatürk Dam are investigated with examples of Yenisamsat, Söke, Reyhanlı with the social anthropo logy.”The building and settlements which are replaced under water by the buil ding of Atatürk Dam.For that reason the position the families that are examined by appli cation of again-settlement. Application of again-settlement, before and after again-settlement are taken up with three comparetive examples of“the assembled works of the providing with hou sing”. This investigations is consists of six sections. In the first section; general characteristic of Adiyaman's historical planes, economic, ethnic, population and structure of social-culture are given. In the second section; contains effected population in again- settlement by government project. In the third section; Yenisamsat, in the fourth section; Aydın- Yalıköy; in the fifth section; some discoveries are submitted to again-settlement of Hatay-Reyhanli. In the last section the observation of accommodation and questions are examined in the last five years in again-settlement. Our investigation is include between 1990-1995. The families who are set again are determined social-culturels characteristic, differences between new and old life with the social-culture and economic reason, the face to face questions that are reason of again-settlements are deeply determined. To carries out this project are given some sug gestion with this consider, taken up discovery and fundamentals of accumulation-know ledges are provided. This investigation is consists up 56 tables, 18 photographs, 28 examples of press-documents, 8 plots, 7 pictures of providing with housing and 5 maps.
