144 SUMMARY It has been known that, at the sovereignty time of the Ottomans; Albanian a part of the empire, related to this within this system, they were occupying important statues of the government, they were having high ranks, they were taking parts in social and cultural fields, and they put forward several products. So beyond these fixed relationships; so many words which are cultural, social, military and managemental were passed from Turkish to the Albaniaii Language; and in time idioms and proverbs were really a part of Albanian lanquage. All this stuff, contends a wide range of research. I exemined*the suffixes of words which are coming to Albanian Language from Turkich, such as -çe; -li; -llek; -qar ; -sez; -xhi in my thesis. I stressed on the sound, format and meaning changes on these suffixes. At the beginning, Turkish suffixes were passed to aur language with Turkish words, but after that being added to Albanian word roots, they were used like a compiler, these suffixes helped to form new words. Turkish suffixes in aur language has not been changed fonetically and their sound characteristics generally are the same to Turkish. This suffixes are not a subjeet for the ruse of sing-harmony and they are formed with the only one vowel. In Albanian language, suffixes earning from Turkish can form only nown, adjective or adverb. These suffixes are genearally using in spoken Albanian Language. Turkish suffixes preserve their idea and purpose. One part of them has a slightly changed meaning now, depending on their main Turkish meaning.
