Özet
Bu çalışmamda çoklu regresyon analizinde karşılaşılan açıklayıcı değişkenler arasındaki çoklu doğrusal bağlantı sorunu incelenmiş vc.yanlı kestirim yöntemlerinden birisi olan Ridge Regresyon yöntemi ile çoklu doğrusal bağlantı sorunu çözülmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu yöntem, Türk Otomotiv sektöründe yaralan Tofaş Firmasının talep miktarı analizinde kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde, çoklu regresyon modeli anlatılarak bu modelin varsayımları incelenmiştir. Çoklu regresyon modelinin varsayımlarından sapmalar ele alınıp, değişen varyans, otokorelasyon ve çoklu doğrusal bağlantı konuları tek tek açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Çoklu doğrusal bağlantı problemi detaylı olarak incelendikten sonra çoklu doğrusal bağlantının etkilerini en aza indirecek yöntemler araştırılmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Ridge Regresyon yöntemi ikinci bölümümüzde ayrıntılı olarak açıklanmıştır. Son bölümde Tofaş Firması; 1975-1,994 dönemine aıl otomobil talep miktarı analizinde, Ridge Regresyon yöntemi uygulanıp, çoklu doğrusal bağlantı sorunu azaltılmaya çalışılmıştır.

In this study the problem of multiple linear connection between explanatory variables encountered in the analysis of multiple regression has been studied, and i l has been tried to solve the problem of multiple linear connection by the method of the Ridge Regression -accepted as one of the biased estimation methods-. This Regression Method called as the Ridge Regression has been used in the analysis of quantity of demand in the firm of TOFAŞ taken part in Turkish Automobile Sector. In the first part of the study, by explaining the multiple regression model, the hypotheses of this model have been studied. When considered the deviation from the hypotheses of the model of multiple regression, the subjects of chancing variance, auto comelation and multiple linear connection has individually been tried to explain. After studied the problem of multiple linear connection in detail, the methods of decreasing the effects of multiple linear connection to a minimum have been studied. As a result of this purpose the Ridge Regression method has been explained in detail in the chapters. In the last chapter the Ridge Regression method was applied in the analysis of quantity of demand of automobile belonging to the term 1975-1994 about the firm oi TOFAŞ with the application of the Ridge Regression it has been tried to reduce the problem of multiple linear connection.
