Özet
Bu çalışmada, Immanuel Kant'ın sensus communis aestheticus kavramı ele alınacaktır. Kant'ın sensus communis üzerinden kurduğu özgür uyumlu estetik topluluk umudunu, Hannah Arendt'in paylaşılabilir ortak dünya bağlamında siyasi topluluk için taşımaya devam ettiği gösterilmeye çalışılacaktır. Ranciere'in duyulur olanın paylaşımı düşüncesi aracılığıyla özgür ve uyumlu bir topluluk umudunun eşitsizliği gizlemek anlamına geldiği görülür. Bu nedenle, estetik siyaset ya da siyaset estetik düşünme yolunda konsensus üzerinden değil dissensus üzerinden hareket etmenin mahiyeti sorgulanacaktır. Ranciere ile birlikte sanat ve siyasetin, uzlaşmazlık biçimi olarak eşitsizliği ortaya çıkarması ve duyumsanabilir olanın deneyimini yeniden yapılandırmasının önemi vurgulanmaya çalışılacaktır.

This study aims at discussing Immanuel Kant's concept of sensus communis aestheticus. It is shown throughout thesis that Hannah Arendt continues to share Kant's free harmonious aesthetic community hopes which is to be established on sensus communis for the political community in the context of shared common world. Ranciere, on the other hand, by way of his conceptualization of the partition of the sensible argues that free and harmonious community hope conceals the inequality. For this reason, this thesis questions the tought of aesthetic politics or political aesthetics in the nature of moving through dissensus rather than consensus. The emphasis of this thesis falls on the importance of Ranciere's highlighting of art and politics in the manner of revealing inequality as a form of dissensus and reconstruction of the experience of the sensible.
