Özet
Jacques Rancière, 20. yy. ikinci yarısı ve 21. yy. siyaset ve estetik felsefelerinde öne çıkan figürlerinden biridir. Bu tez, Rancière'in siyaset ve modern sanat üzerindeki kitaplarından yola çıkarak kendisinin“uyuşmazlık”ve“estetik sanat rejimi”kavramlarını incelemektedir. İnceleme sırasında bu kavramları da Friedrich von Schiller'in“estetik devleti”, Friedrich Nietzsche'nin Apolloncu ve Dionysosçu sanat güdüleri arasındaki çatışma (agon) ile ilişkilendirmeye çalışmaktadır. Bu çalışmada öne sürülen tez, Rancière'in uyuşmazlık kavramını anlatırken sık sık altını çizdiği duyulurun paylaşımı düşüncesinin, estetik değeri neredeyse yalnızca Güzel'in analitiğini veren ortak duyuma (sensus communis) indirgediğidir. Bu indirgemenin siyasî ve estetik olası olumsuz sonuçlarını sergilemek amacıyla Edmund Burke, Immanuel Kant ve Jean–François Lyotard gibi filozofları yapıtları dolayımında Yüce'nin bir serimlemesi yapılacaktır. Sonuç olarak ise Rancière'in uyuşmazlık kavramının indirgemeci niteliği nedeniyle, amacının tersine estetik sanat rejiminde ortak duyumdan siyasî çıkar elde edilmesini kolaylaştırdığı belirtilecektir. Kant'ın Yüce'nin a priori kurallarını araştırırken vardığı siyasî çıkarımların, Rancière'in uzlaşmaya alternatif olarak sunduğu uyuşmazlık kavramının getireceğini öne sürdüğü siyasi özgürleşmeye göre daha sağlam bir zemin oluşturduğu iddia edilecektir.

Jacques Rancière is one of the prominent figures both in aesthetics and political philosophy in the 2nd half of the 20th century and in the 21st century. This M.A. thesis concerns with the analysis of dissensus and the definition of“The Aesthetical Regime of Art”by drawing correspondences of both Schiller's“the Aesthetical State”and the Nietzschean conflict between the Apollonian and the Dionysian. It will be centered on the proposition that Ranciere reduces the judgment of taste into“the partition of sensible”which seems to be a synonym for sensus communis. In order to represent the faults of this reductionist attitude, an exposition of the notion of Sublime via the selected writings of Edmund Burke, Immanuel Kant and Jean–François Lyotard is to be developed. As a result, even though it tries to develop an alternative way to do politics, Rancière is to be charged for preparing the benevolent conditions for politics to manipulate aesthetics for its own sake. Moreover, pivotal role of the reflective judgment in the comprehensive endeavor of Imagination whence confronted with the Sublime, thus giving the Subject the concept of autonomy is discussed, so that as a conclusion, it can be asserted that this Kantian conception of autonomy gives more solid ground for politics rather than Rancière's concepts of“disssensus”and the“emancipation”.
