Özet
134 ÖZET“Sporda motivasyon faktörü olarak ödül ve ceza”konusundaki bu araştırma teorik ve uygulamalı olarak iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Teorik olan birinci bölümde spor ve motivasyon kavramları ele alınmış, spor konusu tartışıldıktan sonra motivasyon bölümünde tanımlar ve teoriler incelenmiş, spor ve motivasyon ilişkisi hukuki, ahlaki, ekonomik, psikolojik, eğitim ve başarı motivasyonu açılarından ödül ve ceza değişkeni dikkate alınarak incelenmiştir, bütün bu konular kaynak taraması yapılarak araştırılmış, daha sonra da uygulamalı bölümde araştırma problemi hazırlanan anketteki değişkenler dikkate alınarak konuya açıklık getirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırma evreni ve örneklemi İstanbul ilindeki 20 kulüp, 1 05 sporcu ve spor yöneticisidir. Bu deneklere 50 soruluk anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler istatistiki metodlar ve kaykare analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Yorumlar da buna göre yapılmıştır. Anket sonucunda elde edilen bulgular özetle şöyledir - Sporda en önemli motivler açısından erkekler sosyal-ahlaki değer ve sorumluluk duygularını, bayanlar ise başarı arzusunu görmektedirler.Verilecek ödüllerin kulüp başkanları veya federasyon başkanları tarafından verilmesinin motive edici olduğu ortaya çıkmış ve sporcuların alacakları primler konusunda sporcu ve yöneticilerin ortak karar alması daha çok tercih edilmiştir. Ankete katılanların tamamına yakını sporcu açısından en ağır cezanın takımdan atılma olduğunu belitmişlerdir. Ayrıca yaş ilerledikçe sporcu ve yöneticilerin sosyal güvence sağlayan ödülleri tercih ettikleri de görülmüştür. Sporcular arasındaki çatışmalarda cezaların hemen verilmesi, belirlenmiş olan ödüllerde de başarılı sporculara tercih hakkı tanınması gerektiği ortak görüş olarak ortaya çıkmıştır.

135 SUMMARY This study, which is on“the reward and the punishment in sports as being motivational factors”has consisted of two parts; the theoretical part and the practical part. In the former section, the concepts of sports and motivation were dealt with and the relationship between sports and motivation was studied. Further more, the relationship mentioned above was analysed from the different points of the variables; reward and punishment, including law, morals, economy, psychology, education and success. All these points were identified and investigated after conducting a detailed review of literature and in the latter part ; the problem of the research was tried to be clarified through a questionnaire in which the variables were included. 20 sports club, 105 sportsmen and administrators working in İstanbul formed the population and also the sample of the research. A-fifty- question-questionnaire was administered to those subjects. First of all; the data obtained from this tool were evaluated through some statistical methods like chi-square. Then, the results were evaluated. As a result of this investigation, the findings can be summarised as follows: - The most significant motives in sports are; social and moral values and the feelings of responsibility according to the men. On the other hand; women think that the desire of success is the most important motive. The distribution of the rewards by the heads of the clubs and the president of federation seem to be the most effective motive. It is preferred that the amount of the premium to be given to the sportsmen and administrators. Almost all of the answers has concluded that the most dreadful punishment for a sportsman is to be dismissed from the team. In addition to those points, it has been identified that as the sportsmen and administrators get older, they would rather have the rewards that provide social security. The common view of the subjects about the conflicts and struggles among the sportsmen has been seen like this: the sanctions against the harsh players should be applied immediately and the determination of the types of rewards should be asked to the player who will get it in the future. The last part of the research includes recommendations on the topic.
