Özet
Bu araştırmada, Türkiye' de halka arz kavramı ve sermaye piyasası örnek bir uygulama ile birlikte incelenmiştir. Araştırmada Türkiye Sermaye Piyasası hakkında bilgilere yer verilmiş ve Halka Arz süreci incelenmiştir. Akabinde Halka arz yoluyla paylarını ihraç eden AvivaSA Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş.' nin performans durumu irdelenerek nasıl bir halka arz süreci geçirdiği incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın ilk dört bölümü teorik bilgileri kapsamaktadır. Çalışmanın giriş kısmında konu, amaç, önem ve örneklem konusunda bilgiler verilmiştir. Araştırmanın ikinci bölümünde Sermaye Piyasası hakkında genel kavramlara ve ülkemiz Sermaye Piyasası geçmişine yer verilerek genel kavramlar bütünüyle netleştirilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümdeyse ortaklıkları halka arza yönelten sebeplere değinilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde SPK' nın yeni düzenlemesiyle beraber yenilenen halka arz sürecine yer verilmiş ve ortaklıkların bu süreçte izlemesi gereken yol haritası belirtilmiştir. Araştırmanın uygulama bölümünde ise Sigortacılık sektörü, ülkemiz Borsası ve AvivaSA Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş. hakkında genel bilgiler ve finansal tablolara yer verilerek değerlendirmelerde bulunulmuş ve halka açılma yoluyla hisse senedi ihraç eden ortaklığın başarısının altında yatan sebepler ortaya çıkarılmaya çalışılmıştır.

In this study, the concept of public offering and the capital market were examined together with a sample application in Turkey. In the study, the information was given about the Turkish Capital Market and the Public Offering process was examined. And then, the performance status of AvivaSA, which exported its shares through public offering was examined and the reasons how AvivaSA realized a successful IPO was mentioned.The first four sections of the study include theoretical informations. In the introduction part of the study, the subject, purpose, importance and sample were given. In the section part of the study, The general concepts of the Capital Market were given include of Turkish Capital Market. In the third part of the study, by the giving information what's the reasons to choose the public offering for the companies was mentioned. In the fourth part of the study, with this new regulations The public offering process was given. And then for the companies the roadmap of the IPO was given.In the last part of the study, the financial information was given about the Insurance sector, İstanbul Stock Exchange and the company. In line with the examined information we tried to understand how to AvivaSA was succeed.
