Özet
Bu araştırmada Ahşap Prefabrike (Endüstriyel) konutların bir türü olan Tomruk evler ve yapım kuralları incelenmiştir. Çalışma sırasında öncelikle Türkiye'nin mevcut konut meselesi incelenmiş ve I. bölümde yer verilmiştir. II. bölümde genel olarak konut yapım sistemleri, III. bölümde ahşap prefabrike konut üretim sistemleri, son bölümde ise bu üretim sistemlerinden tomruk ev üretimi ele alınmış ve gerek yapım gerekse üretim açısından değerlendirilmiştir.

In this research Log houses, which are type of wooden prefabric (industrial) houses, and manifacturing regulations have been observed. Primarily Turkey's existing house issue has been observed during the research and included in the I section. In the II section generally house manifacturing systems, in the III section Wooden Prefabric house production systems and finally in the last section production has taken in hand among the production systems and evaluated from the point of view of both manifacturing and production.
