TÜRKİYE'DE İMALAT SANAYİ VE ALT ANA SEKTÖRLERDE VERİMLİLİK İNDEKSİ VE İSTATİSTİKSEL TESTİ ( 1981 - 1994 ) (Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Üzeyir KARAKUŞ GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Aralık 1995 OZ Bu çalışmada, İmalat Sanayinde Verimlilik İndeksi hesaplaması yapılmış, İmalat sanayinde üretim indeksi ve üretimde çalışanlar indeksine de yer verilmiştir. İmalat sanayinde üretimde çalışanlar ve katma değerlerine göre seçilen, Kamu kesiminin tamamı ile özel sektörden yaklaşık 2550 firmadan bilgiler derlenmiştir. Bu verilerin kullanılmasiyle, İmalat sanayinde üretim indeksi, üretimde çalışanlar indeksi ve verimlilik indeksinin hesaplaması ve istatistiksel testleri yapılmıştır. PRODUCTIVITY INDEX AND STATISTICAL TEST OF PRODUCTIVITY IN THE TURKISH MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY AND ITS MAIN SUB-SECTORS ( 1981 - 1994 ) (M. Sc. Thesis) Üzeyir KARAKUŞ GAZI UNIVERSITY INSTUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY December 1995 ABSTRACT In this study, Manufacturing Industry Productivity Index for Turkey has been calculated concerning, the period of 1981 - 1994. Also production index and production workers index are considered for the manufacturing industry. The data that are used in this study have been collected from the public sector and from approximately 2550 private sector establishments according to the selection criteria of production workers and value added in the manufacturing industry. This data have been used in the calculation of manufacturing industry production index, production workers index and productivity index. Statistical tests have been perfermed just to detect if there exists productivity in the manufacturing industry and if there are any significant differences between the productivities of the main sub- sectors of the industry.
