Özet
Tanzimat döneminde tefsir ilmine katkı sağlayan Osmanlı devlet adamlarını ve bu şahısların tefsire dair olan eserlerini konu edindiğimiz tezimiz bir giriş ve üç bölümden teşekkül etmektedir. Girişte tezin amacı, muhtevası, literatür taraması, tezin metodu ve kaynakları hakkında bilgiler verildi. Birinci bölümde, tezimizin konusunu oluşturan devlet adamlarının yaşadığı dönemi yani Tanzimat dönemini tanımaya yönelik bilgiler sunduk ve Tanzimat'ta değişen devlet yapısını, gelişen bürokrasiyi genel hatlarıyla inceledik. Tezimizin ikinci ve üçüncü bölümlerinde mülkiye/sivil bürokraside ve seyfiyede bulunup da tefsir ilmine katkısı olan müellifleri ve bu müelliflerin tefsire dair ortaya koydukları eserleri tanıtmaya çalıştık. Bu anlamda tezimizin ikinci bölümünü mülkiye/sivil bürokrasiye, üçüncü bölümünü de seyfiyeye ayırdık.

My thesis with the contribution of Ottoman Bureaucrats during The Period of Reformation (Tanzimat) and also with their works on Tafsir is consist of an introduction and three sections. In the introduction it has been given information regarding the aim contents, review of literature, methodology and sources materials of the thesis. In the first section I have presented information regarding the Period of Reform with which the authors that are the subject of my thesis lived in and a general observation about the changing governmental structure during this period and its expanding bureaucracy. In the second and third sections, I have introduced of the authors that contributed to tafsir in a civil bureaucracy and tried to present their works on tafsir by researching and analyzing them. Furthermore I have allocated the civil bureaucracy's civil service class to the second section and it's administration and military service class to the third section.
