Özet
Kent kimi kent bilimcilerce bir sanat eseri (oeuvre) olarak yorumlanabildiği gibi kullanım değerinin değişim değerine göre göz ardı edildiği ve söz konusu“sanat eseri”nin tahrip edildiği alanlar olarak da ifade edilebilmektedir. Henri Lefebvre tarafından ilk kez kullanılan“Kent Hakkı”kavramı ile kentsel hakları sermayenin ve devletin elinden alarak kent sakinlerine sunulmaktadır. Ülkemizde kent hakkı mücadelelerine baktığımız vakit yakın geçmişte meydana gelen Gezi Parkı eylemleri akla gelmektedir. Söz konusu eylemler sahip olduğu özellikler bakımından yeni kentsel toplumsal hareketler içerisinde değerlendirilebilirken, ayrıştığı kimi noktalar sebebiyle farklı bir konumda bulunabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada Gezi Parkı eylemliliğinden hareketle mekanda daha görünür olmaya başlayan park forumları, dayanışmalar gibi inisiyatifler bir mülakat çalışması ile farklı toplumsal gruplar ve bunların ortaklaştığı payda belirlenmek suretiyle analiz edilecektir. Bu çerçevede yapılacak mülakatlarda sorulara alınacak yanıtlar ile forumlara katılan kent sakinlerinin“katılım”dan,“kamusal alan”dan,“kentsel hareketler”den ve“kent hakkı”ndan ne anladıkları ve nasıl bir kentlilik düşündükleri ortaya çıkartılmaya çalışılacaktır.

In this study Gezi Park activism of the movement more visible not started parking forums in space, solidarity, such initiatives will be analyzed by interviewing different strata of society with work and to set out the common denominator is their invention. To be held in this context in interviews with answers will be taken to the questions of the residents who participated in the forum“contributions”from“public”to“urban movements”and then say“right to the city”of what to do and they understand the issues that will be studied to how revealing they thought an urban.
