Özet
SUMMARY It's known that development of a contry, it's not the same incraesing in all area. In the Çorum, supportings of development and progress, we need long short term progress development project. In this working, for problems of city and to solve of tins problems I tried that improve some researchs and reports about city. In the first part of the thesis, I tried to explain geography at the city. According to that, Çorum city has the same climate with in Anatolia and middle Anatolia area. It has 14 conty, 745 village and 30 city. There isn't any problem about substructure. It is the traffic center between the Blacksea and in Anatolia, In transporting. There are some problem about substurcture. In the second part of the thesis is the about economy of the city. According to that, pepole in Çorum need to agriculture and stock breending, to live in the last years there are some increasing about industry and there are to many move in economy. We can find to many industry association in the center. Çorum will be industry center as soon as in Anatolia. Because at increasing industry in Çorum peopel who is tradesmen prefer to industry apartment and organization industry area. Tourism and trade are very important in this city economy. Çorum has a few mineral spring. In the last years, the city's export would be increase. Çorum is the second progress country. In spite of Çorum can get encouragement that has first progress country. IIIn the last of the thesis, we thought about some problems of social-economical that effected economy and we tried to find a solution. According to that, city need some information services about some substructure and some technical, city has a some problems with water. So city need drink, to use and industry water. We have to try to increasing of water spring. There are some problems about financial funds becrause peopel in Çorum need to agriculture and tock-breeding. After that there are some problems about the gouerment have to find solution for these problems. IV
