Özet
ÖZET Bu çalışmada, klasik beş cepli spor pantolon modeli için standart üretim süresi M. T. M yöntemi uygulanarak saptanmıştır. öncelikle seçilen isletmenin çalışma şartları sabit tutularak tek tek işlem analizleri yapılmış ve mevcut standart süre tesbit edilmiştir. Daha sonra uzanma mesafelerini kısaltan ve çalışanın hareketlerini kolaylaştıran nakil araçlarının kullanılması önerilmiş ve bu durumda elde edilecek standart üretim süresi, M. T. M. yöntemi ile saptanmıştır. Standart sürenin tesbitinde harcanan süreyi en fazla etkileyen ve zaman kayıplarının en fazla olduğu bölüm olan Dikimhane (îş Hazırlık - Dikim - Bitim işlemleri) Bölümü ele alınmıştır. önerilen sistemin uygulanması durumunda üretimde sağlanacak verimlilik artışı %15 olarak bulunmuştur. Elde edilen bu verimlilik artış oranı, yüksek üretim -»gelir artışına karşılık yatırım maliyetinin düşük olması açısından önemli bir orandır. Sonuç olarak önerilen bu sistem, standart üretim türünde çalışan tüm işletmeler için verimlilik artışı sağlayan bir sistemdir. üretilen pantolonda model değişikleri olması durumunda sistem yeni modele uyum sağlayabilecektir. Ancak pantolon dışındaki diğer ürün türleri için yeni sistemlerin geliştirilmesi gereklidir.

ABSTRACT In this study, the standard production period of the classical sport trouser with five pockets is evaluated by using M.T.M. method. First of all, the working proses is analyzed step by step by keeping the working conditions as constant, then the standard period is evaluated. And then, the tools which shorten the distance of reaching and facilitate the actions of the workers are advised. Lastly, the standard production period of this kind of working process is determined by using M.T.M. method. Also, in this study sewing room (work preparing - sewing - finishing) is examined because of it's great effect on the period and it's a known fact that the production in this department needs much more time than the others. The increase in the productivity would be 15% when the suggested method is applied. This increase is a considerable one especially if the high level of total income from the production and the low level of cost of investment is taken into consideration. As a result, this system leads an increase in the productivity for the all factories produce in the standard form. In the case of any modification in the model of the trousers this system would adapt to this new model. Also, it's important to note that new systems are required for the all productions except the trousers. IV
