SUMMARY 189 PRESS AND JOURNALISM IN TURKEY, THAT PERSPECTIVE OF NEW COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES. New communication technologies that the“much thought”of nowadays. This“new”headline is including the classic communication technologies too. But there is a difference between new and old technologies. The new ones had integrated with computer systems. The computerization event to update new communication technologies at the same time, to motivate technological developing in the“communication age”that computer systems are integrating with telecomunications systems. New improvement in the communication technologies to maximized“profit”event that base dinamics of the communication activities. And also, to build a“information - news market”, lots of millions dollar to changes hands there. Newspaper is within this market too. Newspaperes usues densly that technologies for daily functions that althought economical, culturel, social changing and developing in sociaty. All the developing countires, - like Turkey - technologies usually produce limited or transferd from developed countires. Finaly, new communication technologies to get in to the daily actions. New communication technologies are not independent social activities that other technologies. So this techologies have usued and produced by human beings. The realation of production machines between social production articulated with communicatios technologies and intellectual production. This interrelation position will be correct that appraising modernisation, newspaper, journalism, news production and news source etc. events in Turkish journalism and »press. Because, this technologies have usued by theirs. /That's the basic question of this study is, where are the Turkish newspapers at this improvement that technological events does forward level in the communication field. Althought, the basic event of our study's result section is application problems. Because, aims and contens of this technologies transferd hasn't determinated in Turkey and other simmilar countries. And also, there is a“concept confusion”about tome subject like developing, improvement, evolution etc. too. This problems have stopped up the social systems. But searching of solution will be finding in the /information socuaty, communication sociaty or universal village that it'll become true i in the future. sjSo, our aim in this study, in the communication fild to have some supplement that simmilar research and argues, but we know that to make a research in this subject, very difficut in Turkey.
