The current European Union action for the enforcement of EU Competition law impacts all undertakings and consumers in European Union Market. In recent days, it is the most important issue considering by many scholars. The new born Proposed Directive will play an important role for victims of EU competition law infringements to claim damages before the national courts of the Member States. It is also crucial to understand whether the new Proposed Directive will be able to bring to the present enforcement problems to end in EU internal market effectively.
