Özet
Bu çalışmada infaz ve koruma memurlarının mesleki eğitim aşamaları incelenmiştir. İnfaz ve koruma memurlarının Ceza İnfaz Kurumları ve Tutukevleri Personeli Eğitim Merkezlerinde hangi tür eğitim aldıkları, eğitim merkezinde kaldıkları fiziki ortam ve buna bağlı olarak Türkiye'de dört eğitim merkezinden biri olan Kahramanmaraş Personel Eğitim Merkezi incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın özgüllüğü ise Ceza İnfaz Kurumları ve Tutukevleri Personeli Kahramanmaraş Eğitim Merkezinde saha çalışması yapılmasıdır. İnfaz ve Koruma Memurlarına anket çalışması yapılarak, eğitimleri hakkında bilgiler toplanmış, çıkan sonuçlar değerlendirilmiş ve çözüm önerileri ortaya konmuştur.

This study deals with the training stages of execution and protection officers. It examines the scope of training services given to the execution and protection officers at the Execution Institutions and Jails Personnel Training Centres, the physical conditions of the Training Centres in general and the Kahramanmaras Personnel Training Centre, one of the four Centres in Turkey, in particular. The study is specifically supported by a survey. The execution and protection officers are questioned concerning the scope and the physical conditions of the training they are given, the results of the research are analysed and solutions are proposed.
