Özet
Amaç: Anabilim dalımız derlenme ünitesine gelen hastaların almış oldukları anestezi türü, cinsiyeti, yaşı, ASA skoru, operasyonun süresi değerlendirilerek, gelişen komplikasyonlarla karşılaştırmak. Yöntem ve Gereç: Üniversitemiz hastanesi ameliyathanesinde operasyonu tamamlanıp derlenme odasına alınan hastalar gözlemlendi ve gelişen komplikasyonlar kayıt altına alındı.Postoperatif entübe çıkan ve araştırmaya katılmayı reddeden tüm hastalar çalışma dışı bırakıldı. Çalışmamızda anestezi formlarından hastaların yaşı, cinsiyeti,yapılan operasyon, operasyonu yapan bölüm, operasyonun süresi, anestezi yöntemi Amerikan Anestezistler Derneği (ASA) göre hastaların preoperatif fiziksel durum sınıflandırması kaydedildi. Bulgular: Çalışmamızda, kaydedilen komplikasyonlar içinde en sık ağrı saptanmıştır.Genel anestezi alanlarda ağrı, rejyonal anestezi uygulananlarda hipotansiyon sık görülmüştür. Her iki cinsiyette de en sık ağrı görülmüş olup komplikasyonlar ile cinsiyet arasında ilişki saptanmamıştır. 65 yaş üstünde en sık komplikasyon hipotansiyon olarak saptanmıştır. Çok kısa süren cerrahi girişimlerde hipotansiyon, kısa ve orta uzunluklardaki cerrahi girişimlerde ağrı, uzun süren cerrahi girişimlerde titreme saptanmıştır. ASAIII hastalarda hipertansiyon,ASAII hastalarda hipotansiyon ve ASAI hastalarda ağrı daha sık görülmüştür.Sonuç: Üniversitemiz hastanesi ameliyathanesinde postoperatif derlenme ünitesine alınan hastalarda ağrı ve hipotansiyon en sık karşılaşılan komplikasyonlardır.

Objective: To assess the patients that resorted to our department?s recovery unit in terms of the type of anesthesia they received, their age, gender, ASA score and operation time and compare with the developing complications. Material and Method: The patients who had operations in our university hospital?s operating room and then were taken to the recovery unit were observed and the complications that developed were recorded. All the patients that were intubated postoperatively and refused to participate in the research were excluded from the study. In our study, patients? age, gender, the operation they had, the department that performed the operation, the duration of the operation, the type of anesthesia, and preoperative physical condition classification depending on American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) were recorded from their forms of anesthesia. Findings: In our study, the most common complication was pain. Pain was common in the ones that received general anesthesia whereas hypotension was common in the ones that received regional anesthesia. Pain was the most common complication in both genders however there was no correlation between complications and gender. Hypotension was the most common complication over the age 65. Hypotension was detected in very short surgical interventions, pain was detected in short and medium-length surgical interventions and shivering was detected in very long surgical interventions. Hypertension in ASAIII patients, hypotension in ASAII and pain in ASAI patients were seen more commonly. Conclusion: The most common complications seen in the patients that were taken to the recovery unit in our university hospital?s operating room were pain and hypotension.
