Özet
Bu çalışma üç aşamadan oluşmaktadır. İlk olarak p-aminoasetofenonun seyreltik HCl/NaNO2 içinde diazolanması ve bazik ortamda 3-hidroksiasetofenon ile kenetlenmesinden orto-hidroksiazo bileşiğinin sentezi gerçekleştirildi. İkinci aşamada ise sentezlenen orto-hidroksiazo bileşiğine metoksi, metil ve halojen substitue benzaldehitler kullanılarak Claisen-Schmidt kondenzasyonuyla literatürde bilinmeyen yeni bis-azokalkonlar sentezlendi. Ürünlerin yapıları spektroskopik yöntemlerle belirlendi. Son olarak sentezlenen bileşiklerin üreaz ve elastaz enzimleri üzerine inhibisyon etkileri ve cuprac metoduyla antioksidan aktiviteleri incelendi.
Özet (Çeviri)
This study consist of three parts. First, p-aminoacetophenone were diazotized in dilute HCl/NaNO2 and ortho-hydroxyazo compound were synthesized by coupling with 3- hydroxyacetophenone in the presence of base. In the second stage of the study, the above ortho-hydroxyazo compound using Claisen?Schmidt condensation, with methoxy, methyl and halogen substituted benzaldehydes gave the respective bis-azochalcones. Structures of synthesized compounds were assigned by spectroscopic techniques. In the last part of the work, the effects of the anti-urease and anti-elastase enzymes inhibition and anti-oxidant activities using cuprac method investigated for synthesized compounds.
